2020-09-04 Ryker passes his NACSW ORT test

Ryker, a 12.5 year old boxer, retired from obedience, rally, agility and barn hunt, is now enjoying a new job: Nose Work! In order to trial in the NACSW (National Association of Canine Scent Work) venue, he had to pass an Odor Recognition Test (ORT). This test certifies the dog can recognize the odors of birch, anise, and clove and that the handler can identify when the dog has "alerted" on each odor. Good boy, Ryker!
