POINT BLANK: Kirumira says police's Flying Squad was the manager of hell

The Inspector General of Police John Martins recently disbanded notorious Police Flying Squad which used to run the equally notorious high security detention facility in Nalufenya, Jinja district.
Maverick Police officer Muhammad Kirumira, who saw the inside of Nalifenya is now planning to form the Nalufenya torture survivors association to demand justice for the victims.
