Asami wanted to use the sound of "river" in the lyrics, but thought it would be strange to use "river" as the chorus. Asami found "deliver" and thought it would be cool if everyone shouted it out instead of just telling what the word means. For many Japanese, pronouncing and hearing the English "r" and "l" is difficult. From there, Asami arrived at "stand and deliver. "Stand and deliver" is a pirate term that apparently means "Leave all your money!" Asami thought that if he wrote the lyrics as they were, it would be a song about a "pirate king. Miyako was 4-5 months pregnant during this concert Tour (March-April 2021). But she did a great job with her role (guitar, piano, keyboards, backing vocals), like the rest of the ladies. When you have five super talented virtuoso musicians playing together as one, then you have one of the greatest super groups to have ever existed. These ladies fit that category in my opinion. Asami's vocals and stage presence are second to non, Haruna The Little Big Engine, always produces flawlessly, Fami is showing why she was chosen to be the new Ace on the Bass, Midori and Miyako are two of the best guitarists out there who's different styles of play compliment each other so well, and makes them one of, if not, the greatest duos ever. The Blue Ray of the concert Knockin at Heaven's Gate is awesome. For this song, Asami is talking about something. not sure what since is was in Japanese, but then she introduced Fami and Fami started with the Bass intro to this song. The live version is awesome and the band is nut, so is the crowd. The very last show for the Fall was called The Last Judgement and had more songs from the album Judgement Day. Hopefully a Blu Ray of that show comes out. If you want to check out their new songs from Judgement Day, there are videos of every song with the Band reacting to their own songs. It is fun seeing the ladies being themselves. The whole album is great and sadly, only Judgement Day and Stand and Deliver are the only videos. But Dissonance was released on Sirius XM. Good reaction. Can you believe the blond guitarist Midori started learning how to play guitar at her twenty, she was studying pharmaceutics. Luckily the world has the sexiest guitarist instead of the sexiest pharmaceutist now. The other guitarist Miyako she started teaching herself guitar at her eighteen (she started piano from her three though) with tutorial videos. They (I mean all five) are really gifted people. BTW, among M&M, I like chocolate peanut balls.. lol
Arguing about which is better, studio or live releases, doesn't make sense. All products manufactured by Lovebites are of very high quality. In 2021 they released a blu-ray with all their music videos (there were ten of them at that time). If you think about it, all these videos are on YT. But watching them as blu-ray (I have it) and watching YT is a big difference. Because all these music videos are made (both picture and sound) at a very high level. I can confidently say that they are some of the best of rock and metal videos. Perhaps not everyone knows, but what is presented on the Internet very approximately conveys the authentic sound of Lovebites. Only a physical carrier and good audio and video equipment allow you to get full enjoyment, especially from sound. Every instrument, the magnificent timbres of guitars, the sounds of drums and cymbals, the fullness of the sound of vocals - everything is heard quite clearly. Delight in every sound. Especially in our time, when it is so difficult to find high-quality sound without compression.

Enjoy your reactions. Your camera angle is fine, but the quality of your video is bad. The audio is fine which is most important. This was one of the songs that I mentioned in another reaction that just sounds better in studio. In this particular case, the music video makes it very special. Seeing them out of their white stage costumes, it's like a fun jam session. this is old school rock/metal, nothing overly complicated except for the solos which as usual are ridiculously technical. And yes, IMO Miyako & Midori are the greatest dual leads in a band ever. And I'll stand behind that. You can tell me this guitarist or that guitarist is better, but these two compliment & contrast each other to perfection, and both play at elite levels. And I do feel this person should be called out for others to follow this person to other Lovebites reactions to call that person out.
Midori and Miyako are fantastically-skilled musicians with great chemistry and a captivating mix of style, but best in the world? I can't get with that. There's too many great guitar duos in Japan alone for me to pick one above the others. Plus, if Hal-Ca from Asterism and Syu from Galneryus ever teamed up, the conversation would be over.
Despite it being a music video its still the audio version played on top of the video and every single music video is just as amazing as the next, I know I have said that I don't agree with many who claim that live is better than the audio version here is why I say I love the audio version more so than the live version. Don't get me wrong I do love to watch them live but my point is not to be making claims like that they are only better live or that live is way better. This is Lovebites and they are better however, live, audio or music video they kick some serious butt no matter the platfom.

Good reaction. Can you believe the blond guitarist Midori started learning how to play guitar at her twenty, she was studying pharmaceutics. Luckily the world has the sexiest guitarist instead of the sexiest pharmaceutist now. The other guitarist Miyako she started teaching herself guitar at her eighteen (she started piano from her three though) with tutorial videos. They (I mean all five) are really gifted people. BTW, among M&M, I like chocolate peanut balls.. lol

This is true. But already at the age of two, Midori began to play the piano, and at the age of eight, she played the electric organ.
Arguing about which is better, studio or live releases, doesn't make sense. All products manufactured by Lovebites are of very high quality. In 2021 they released a blu-ray with all their music videos (there were ten of them at that time). If you think about it, all these videos are on YT. But watching them as blu-ray (I have it) and watching YT is a big difference. Because all these music videos are made (both picture and sound) at a very high level. I can confidently say that they are some of the best of rock and metal videos.
Perhaps not everyone knows, but what is presented on the Internet very approximately conveys the authentic sound of Lovebites. Only a physical carrier and good audio and video equipment allow you to get full enjoyment, especially from sound. Every instrument, the magnificent timbres of guitars, the sounds of drums and cymbals, the fullness of the sound of vocals - everything is heard quite clearly. Delight in every sound. Especially in our time, when it is so difficult to find high-quality sound without compression.
Wait till you find the video of journey to the other side it will have you in tears when you find out what the song is about
If the troll is the person I think it was, he attached him (or her) self to another channel that recently began posting Lovebites reactions. So kudos to you for dealing promptly with him. I actually did report that person (again, if it who I think it is) to UA-cam because he made slanderous remarks about Asami-san and did so in a manner that would embarrass a five year old. Enjoy your reactions. Your camera angle is fine, but the quality of your video is bad. The audio is fine which is most important.
This was one of the songs that I mentioned in another reaction that just sounds better in studio. In this particular case, the music video makes it very special. Seeing them out of their white stage costumes, it's like a fun jam session. this is old school rock/metal, nothing overly complicated except for the solos which as usual are ridiculously technical. And yes, IMO Miyako & Midori are the greatest dual leads in a band ever. And I'll stand behind that. You can tell me this guitarist or that guitarist is better, but these two compliment & contrast each other to perfection, and both play at elite levels. And I do feel this person should be called out for others to follow this person to other Lovebites reactions to call that person out.

"I can't even" is what most of us say, while trying not to drool on our keyboards.
Midori and Miyako are fantastically-skilled musicians with great chemistry and a captivating mix of style, but best in the world? I can't get with that. There's too many great guitar duos in Japan alone for me to pick one above the others. Plus, if Hal-Ca from Asterism and Syu from Galneryus ever teamed up, the conversation would be over.
They might not be the best, but " M & M " are my favorite, and as an added bonus, they are easy on the eye 😮😏♥️🎙🎸🎹🥁😎🤘
Despite it being a music video its still the audio version played on top of the video and every single music video is just as amazing as the next, I know I have said that I don't agree with many who claim that live is better than the audio version here is why I say I love the audio version more so than the live version. Don't get me wrong I do love to watch them live but my point is not to be making claims like that they are only better live or that live is way better. This is Lovebites and they are better however, live, audio or music video they kick some serious butt no matter the platfom.
