It’s up to the Indian director if they want to use the same lyrics or alter some of the words with two or three words different however the base of the song is still the same idea. It is a copy! Small or big.

If its "inspired" as you say bro, then it should be credited in the song that its inspired. When thats not the case, it should be said "copied". If its only a humming or a full song, copy is copy.
