These are popping 🤩🤩🤩
I know right 😁
Did you add a little resin in the drilled hole, before you added the tiny screw, and then did you cure it under the UV light to secure the screw?
I do that sometimes depending on how big I made the hole. The hole is typically tight enough to work without adding resin or glue to it to secure the screw.
I love your work, they are beautiful. I have a question, how far in or deep do i drill the hole. Am new to this and Thank you for the videos
You are most welcome, so happy these videos are helpful. Just a small bit because the screw will continue going in even if the hole isn't deep enough after drilling. What you do not want is a deep hole because it will show on some designs. You can also judge it by the size of the screw and try to stay within that length. Don't force the drill too hard because it's pretty easy to drill the hole. Over time practice will make it easier to handle.
I love your work.....
I have an issue with mine....how do I prevent the resin from cracking where I put in the eyelet hook??
Has that ever happened with you??
I have experienced the inside not bring fully dried but not cracking. What I do is put the letter back under the uv light standing upright so the light hits the area directly. Once I do that process a few times it usually helps. That mainly happens when I'm using darker colors to mix my resin.
Is it soft on the inside when the eyelet goes in?
@@craftbasicsjs so basically do it before it cures then??
@nikkittable you can try that method yes but it's a quick fix if you have those issues.
@@craftbasicsjs thank you so very much for your responses .... I truly appreciate your advice 🤗
Beautiful 🌹
What resin are you using
How much are your keyring 🌸
I use UV Resin Krisel brand on Amazon. Where are you located?
@@craftbasicsjs In Sydney Australia
I would say it's roughly $8 USD.
@@Inspiration0000 check out the description for the link to the resin I used.
