The Zoomlion QUY260 features two booms based on a truss-type structure, a heavy duty boom which is 83m (272 ft.) and a light duty boom that is 92m (301 ft.). The QUY260 comes with two different jibs, the length of the fixed jib extends 30m (98 ft.) and a maximum lift capacity of 34 metric tons (37 U.S. tons). The luffing jib reaches out 60m (196 ft.) and the lifting capacity of 73.5 metric tons (241 U.S. tons).
The QUY260 has a US Cummins QSL9-C305 engine that powers the crane, a large-volume 700L fuel tank is used to ensure long working time. The cranes’ hydraulic system employs one of the world’s most advanced pump control systems and load sensitive systems; to save energy, and provide high efficiency, high reliability, and long service life.
Safety always being a priority, the Zoomlion QUY260 has a tri-color warning light, red, yellow and green, the warning light can synchronously indicate current overload status. The system also includes 2 cameras for monitoring.
The structure of the control room is made entirely of steel, is surrounded by reinforced glass on all four sides and a spacious and comfortable interior. 10.4-in LCD monitor, with multi-language display capabilities, can centrally display the various operating mode signals collected by the PLC controller. It can also monitor working conditions in real-time; notifying the driver when the crane is working abnormally. The control room can luff upwards by 20°, expanding the driver’s field of vision. A boom angle indicator is located along the lower rear part of the boom’s bottom section (right side of control room), allowing the driver convenient, clear visibility of the elevation angle of the boom from the control room.
