    This is a great move! I also use the Cardini change to turn a card over subtly by completing the move and flip it over to the bottom.

    Hello bro thanks for the videos.
    I have a question, for doing card tricks as you show on this video, which kind of the card is better?
    The one which has rough back and smooth front or the one that both side is smooth and slippy??

    Slick. Slick. Slick. Bring back the bugger flick! One more point about your mention the spectator will not think anything about a subtle movement - if it is quick, clean, and nearly undetectable the person will ignore it because of the expectation of a bigger actuon coming.

    You can actually pull the card face up to the bottom of the deck too, and then you're already set up to the control where you use cut the deck and the face up card goes to the top of the selected. If you know what I mean.

      It's a one-card pass that I teach in detail on my "BEST PASS" project. It's titled under "PASS #2" and it's easier for beginners to learn it since it can be executed slowly as well, but I'd still recommend speeding it up a lil when you get better. If that's something, you can use the coupon "boom20" for 20% off. Should be in the next 36-48 hours www.therussiangenius.com/

  • @jankun24

    Nice but there is no reason to put the card on top...
    0:38 you already lost the card in the center, there is no need to shuffle the deck.

    • @TheRussianGenius
      @TheRussianGenius  4 роки тому +9

      I shuffled it cause later I go in the deck and pick a card from the center. I'd just - as a personal preference I prefer to pick a card from the center after a shuffle rather than place the card in the center, and then go back in the deck to pick another card. I'd preferably pick a card between 16-36 approximately. It looks better when picked near the center in my opinion. Well yeah those are my reasonings for it, but ya don't have to 🤷🏼‍♂️

    Why do you put the card on top and then do a dribble and only at last you give the card to the spectator to look at the card, it’s strange or weird and for the spectator looks like you did “something” whit his card , this force is useless , unless you use a double lift , but in this case it can be suspicious too.

    • @TheRussianGenius
      @TheRussianGenius  4 роки тому

      I agree that it should be less of a dribble, I think some of the dribbles looked good while others were over-exaggerated, but I'd most likely lightly square up the deck, or very lightly dribble it, or find another cover for the movement
