Man those power wheelies are so impressive and fun to watch! This race is a great example of why I think 1/3 to 3/8 mile tracks provide for some of the best racing. Looks like the track prep at Lincoln provided a great surface.
Freddie, way to go!! The track champion is hard to beat. You'd better be on your game to get around him at this place. Good run for Peck just needs to keep digging for his 1st win of the year.🏁
This was a big event? Only $5000 to win is a big event? The first big event in the central PA area is in a few weeks in PA when the Outlaws are in central PA.
Brent Marks and Anthony Macri, the 2 hottest PA drivers in the last 2 years, especially last year only got 6th and 7th. Don't worry Marks and Macri fans because by the end of the year both Marks and Macri will have more total wins and have made the most money in total earnings than Rahmer, DD or any of the other PA Posse. It is early so no big deal. Brent Marks in these early races is probably experimenting in different set ups to see what works and what doesn't as he did early last year. Macri is probably doing the same. They both will be doing great, especially by the late spring and kick ass in the summer and early fall.
@rayism 24b Dewease? He isn't far from retirement dude! He is very close to considering retirement once Don Kreitz Jr decides to retire as an owner. Lance Dewease will soon concentrate on his kids racing future so why bring up Lance Dewease a legend of a driver with different teams and different owners with different crew chiefs and crew members in his decades of racing. Anthony Macri will be a successful long term driver no matter whom he drives for in his career. Anthony Macri will be a legend in PA on the same level as Fred Rahmer, Lance Dewease, Don Kreitz Jr, Keith Kauffman etc. You must be a total hater of guys like Anthony Macri and Brent Marks from what I read from your comments over the years. Dude, lol!
@@kenngrim6984 most likely. However years before anyone outside of the dirt world ever heard of Kyle Larson, he came to pa for speedweek and won at Lincoln and spun a donut on the front stretch after a win.
2022 national leading money winner Brent Marks. Won the $175,000 King's Royal. Won the $100,000 Eldora Big One. Won multiple All Star & Outlaw shows. Faded from 2nd to 6th at a dink non-sanctioned local regular weekly show at Lincoln Speedway? That's like the Chiefs losing to the Texans, Cardinals, Panthers, and Bishop Sycamore 4 games in-a-row.
@@midnight-2021 Experimentation? Really? Why fix something that isn't broken? I say it's complacency, or the realization (depression) he'll never have as good a season as last year. I remember Marks (where ?) & Dietrich (Lincoln) were the only 2 guys to actually pass and beat Larson in 2020.
@rayism 24b yes, really! He tried different stuff last year in early March and he had some terrible races. The early season, especially if you don't run full time in WOO you can try things to see if it works or not. Brent Marks isn't under the pressure like a WOO driver and can afford to try different things since he isn't under the pressure to win any points championship. Brent Marks will be fine and winning plenty of races by the end of the year and making tons of money by the end of the year. Maybe not on the level of last year but atleast as good if not better than 2 years ago. Last year was the exception that only Steve Kinser and Donny Schatz done in their careers for multiple seasons. For Brent Marks to just have 1 season of making over $600,000 is remarkable especially since he isn't a WOO regular. I can see Brent Marks making at the minimum $200,000 but probably over $300,000 with atleast 12 wins but probably 15 or more wins by the end of the season. These February races and even March races aren't that significant. Brent Marks will still have a great season. Fans just need to relax and not worry about some slump of a year. Relax people. A Lincoln Speedway Icebreaker race isn't the end of the world, lol!
One of the best tracks in the world, wow track surface exellent, excellent, race, packed house, doin it PA style.
These boys were flyin. Fun race
Got a while here in Michigan before we get some racing in but it's good to see spint cars running again. Looked like a good race.

Massive attendance!!!
It was absolutely insane there, not an open seat in the whole place

Davey Brown, Charley Garrett, what are they? Like 90 years old.
Where are Dewease & Macri going to get their engines from in a year or two?

Go Freddy, Go!
Go get em
Without FloRacing I'd have no knowledge of Lincoln Speedway
It’s a bad fast speedway
First track I ever went to. Saw Brian Monteith go 12th to 1st. Been hooked ever since!

Peck should have a good year with his 100 date schedule. Screw Rahmer.
GO FREDDIE!
Good luck Peck and maybe he can beat Tyler Courtney for the ASCOC championship in 2023.
