The difference between the two yami yugi pops is the first pop was supposed to be yami yugi from pre battle city. There are 2 episodes where he and tea set out to try and find out more about his lost memories, he isn't wearing his school uniform in those episodes and didn't have a duel disk yet. The new pop is him from duelist kingdom where he is wearing his uniform.

For the new 4th wave they also announced a Cyber End Dragon Funko Pop, a Jinzo with Time Wizard Funko Pop and a new Glow in the Dark Toon Blue Eyes white Dragon. And there is a Fall Convention '23 exclusive Dark Magician Girl Pop.
