Click on the Card in your Carddex, in the middle on the top is a world Icon Where you can Switch between the languages of the Card. You can only Switch if you got the Card in different languages
i wish it appeared as original language in your deck too. it only needed to appear as player's language during a match. so both players can read what the card does
Wonder picks are always a nice side distraction, but just like the lottery, dont expect to win, and if you do luck out on what youre looking at, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Very much so, often I get nothing, but I have also gotten quite lucky. Have gotten 2 gardevoir off wonderpick and a moltres EX base 4 diamond version and some trainer cards like sabrina, which is pretty good overall. Hadn't thought about the math before this though so I'm probably only wonderpicking EX rarity cards from this point onward.
I do it like this: - spend one for a chance to get a trainer card, or cards i am missing. - spend 2 or more if the wonder pick has 2 or more cards i really want, which can be difficult to pull myself. Usually spending 3 for a one in five chance is just veery unlikely to happen.
It's just odds no matter what. A 1 in 5 chance at an EX that costs 500 pack points is much better compared to a 3 diamond that costs less than a third of the pack points, but it costs 1 less of the pick points. So on average every 5 times you get an EX card in wonderpick assuming one EX card in the pack so it costs 15 pick points for a card that costs 500 pack points. With a 3 diamond card it takes 10 pick points, which is 33% less, but it's also under a third of the pack points. Now if you had 2 3 diamond cards in one pack it's closer since it's a 2/5 assuming you want both, but you're unlikely to see such a pack in wonderpick. I've gotten a moltres EX off wonderpick personally, which is amazing as now I need just one more. Whether it's off wonderpick or in the pack is fine with me. If I somehow get 2 or more it should be fine once trading enters the picture can trade one EX card for another EX card presumably.
I use them only on ex cards. Those are so expensive at 500pp that even if you get one ex/week its worth it. Since release I got a Blastoise Ex, Gengar Ex, Articuno EX and a Machamp Ex from wonder picks
Once tried getting Mewtwo EX, I chose wrong. My instincts said top left and I chose bottom right. Mewtwo EX is on top left. Stop wonder pick EX since then 😂 Luckily, game realize and gave me Mewtwo EX in pack pull after 😂
I think it would be cool if they let you set cards you already own as favorites, because most decks require 2 of a same rare card. That way you can quickly check if some of them are in your wonder picks.
For an Australian twist, the feeling going for Wonder Pick kinda gives off similar vibes to getting scratches from Tattslotto. You’re given probabilities but it’s still a gamble at the end of the day with the obscured selection😂
I literally made a reddit post saying exactly the same thing a few days ago. Wonderpick EX cards you’re missing from packs you dont want to pull from anymore. Glad you confirmed it

@@stavstavit It is not. There is a video on UA-cam from a guy testing that. The card is decided ONLY after choosing. If the cards get shuffled and you dont choose one, put your phone on airplane mode, and log in on another device, nothing new is added to your collection. With wonderpick there is no Illusion of choice, just plain luck~
@@invertbrid i believe them, it works the same way with packs. All packs from the wheel are the same, they provide u with so many to make you think you have the option of testing your luck, but in reality the game data already assigns those cards to your account when you click open.
Actually I started playing few days ago and opened so many wonderpicks, not a single meowth, but I was randomly clicking different card every time. I read on internet many guys stick with same place every time, so I started using bottom right. And in 2 days I got 3 meowth and 2 chansey
Just found your channel and I love it. I'm new to anything TCG, so I am learning a lot. But there is an issue with your comparison of a 4x cost to purchase a card versus only 2X or 3X to go with a wonder pick. That is because your cost to purchase a card is 100% that you will get that card. It's guaranteed. But "half the cost" isn't truly half when what you are actually purchasing is a 20% chance of getting the card you want. It's a gamble. And those odds are not figured into your comparison.
Those 1 cost trainer packs be hitting😫I got both my Sabrina’s and Misty’s from wonder pick😂I finished my pikachu deck cause got both my Zapdos EXs from wonder pick on back to back days🔥I also pulled my crown rare Mewtwo from a pika pack last night!!😭🔥🔥My method is always staring at the cards and literally going with my gut which ever one talks to you GO WITH IT!! Picking one spot every time is doesn’t make any sense cause the the 1/5 chance to random to stick in one spot

The problem I have with the wonder pick is how consistent it feels. Do I really need an 11th Psyduck? No, but it is in the pack so that’s what I’m gonna pull. It always feels like whatever’s my 5th pick is the one I end up pulling.

It doesn’t stay as the registered language. It goes back to your own language once it’s entered in your dex.
It remains in that language for your binder or display. In your decks it will turn back to your language.

I got 2 full art dragonite within 2 days from them picks , it’s worth the try if it’s a rare card that is not from the packs you are pulling
I dont even care if this game is rigged. Brings me back to collecting cards for pretty art with my grandma. Some of my favorite memories with her.

You can just wishlist cards you are missing and then they are easier to spot while you are browsing the wonder pick menu

Something i noticed is if you pay attention before you pick after the cards shuffle on wonder, pick the one that seems to pulse.
