Victims of abuse do NOT try to stare their abusers down the way she constantly does. Her staring is just another example of her aggressive challenging behaviour. It's painful to watch and then have to listen to her fantasies. Her counsel must despair having to face going into court every day.

I just got out of a 17 year abusive marriage first 12 fiscally and verbally and after he came out of jail for dv I believed him went back… and the last 5 have been emotional abuse. I am finally free it’s only been 4 weeks but I remember every detail! But this amber pisses me off because clearly she was the abuser, and morons like her make it difficult for us females that actually get abused. It’s so sad I wish more men spoke up and maybe this will be that door to open cause some females are worse than guys.

How many people do you see THAT distraught and don’t have red eyes? Fake the nose/eyes wiping all she wants, she can’t fake the red eyes on queue. That’s what I hope the jury is realising.
Also, did you see the size of that bottle? Either AH has some… broad openings(?) or she would have been screaming in pain (being as abrupt as she describes). Her comments wouldn’t be, “I remember just staring up at the light”, it would be, “all I remember is this excruciating, burning pain as I was given a traumatic ‘episiotomy’ ”. Did he lawyers really think such exaggeration would be accepted by any reasonable person?
I worked with abused women and I saw probably 1000 of her saying the true and they are far from this speech. They can not laugh, they do not remember details as was jar of cocaine, their details are more about their feelings and the acts of the violence not the decoration. They have eyes full of tears red and sometimes like death, they feel dirty, not self steem and most important really afraid to meet his expartner OR SEE DIRECTLY TO HIM/HER, usually look down , and; if someone do any movement near they inmediatly cover themselves an look frighteneen look down shaking looking in pain and many other stuff... usually they do not raise their voices, neither ask money, neither live sorrounder by family and friends like AH, her sister and friends were her neighbors living free in yhe penthouses ofJD. neither punch the agresor, neither yell to the agressor saying u are a f...baby, I hit you, tell jhonny to the world u are a man who suffer DV.... no women who really suffer violence provoke the agresor , They walk on egg shells wile the relationship with the agresor. They did not run next day to other relationship with another guy...usually take long time to trust another guy and some never want a relationship again . Most of them does not care the money, peace and safety is their treasure. AH sobs are so fake and exagerated, no tears, and later her speech looks arrogant and created, past days was laughing looking full of hate and soberb like she feels like a queen

But this case Recordings of AH are inside the DV moment when she is very upfront, proud, shiny, and go to parties modelling, events looking perfect makeup having money a family around, introducing "friends" to her apartment...is not a behavior of a victim. When they split she ask inmediatly 3 penthouses, car, allowance, 14 millions from his agresor and went with ElonM next day and froozed embrions together... that s why I think is a lie.

I totally agree with you, she needs to go to jail for a long time, she needs to learn the hard way and going to jail would be such a good lesson for her.
It doesn't matter what the world thinks; it matters what the jury thinks. I pray they are not fooled by the histrionics and fake crying of this vile woman.
What also matters is that the trial is about the three counts of defamation, and not the actual abuse. And on that count, since JD has burden of proof, they might still fail to achieve actually proving that it was, in fact, defamation. I think best case scenario is Johnny wins both cases and worst case scenario is they lose their respective cases. I don’t think Amber has a realistic fighting chance of winning hers tho.

At the end of the day public opinion has mostly reversed but from a studio perspective the optics still aren’t great for Johnny (the insult slinging, drinking, drug allegations, property destruction, etc). I don’t know if he will still be considered a liability… I hope not.

Absolutely! I've worn 8 rings all my adult life. Gotta take care to Not bump or smack into things cuz they DO cause bumps, welts, even bruises with the lightest tap (like on a head for example). She woulda been cut up, severely lumped and bruised with "punches" she claimed! I biffed a friend alongside the head once in dramatically retelling a story- not hit but tap as demo and she got 3 little lumps from it. Horrified- never done again. She's full of it.

Genuine question here - is it realistic to assume that none of the jury members would see any news/footage/comments of the case outside the court room? Trying to understand - seems to be inevitable! No?
@@rawbishbin yes it is, but there are 13 jurors but only 7 will actually be selected for a verdict and none of the jurors actually know who will be selected. So even if one was to be found out there are others that would be able to take their place.
@@rawbishbin I think it's possible a portion of the jury hasn't looked at any media coverage as of yet... but assuming they haven't read/seen ANYTHING about it would be foolish, especially on such a massively followed/covered case. So i'd agree with you. It's inevitable. Plus, and I could be wrong, but I don't think the jury would suffer any consequences other than being dismissed as a juror. Unlike johnny/amber whose cases could be thrown out with a possible loss of tens to hundreds of million dollars.

I was abused in my marriage and I absolutely stood up for myself against him. I was unafraid, and I did not let him see my pain for the most part, but my actions are not the norm from what I understand. I was abused pretty severely throughout my childhood, I stood up for myself and my mom then too as much as I could. It usually didn't end well for me but I did it anyway. I refused to be made to feel like I had no voice or worth, or to stand by and watch while my father beat my mom. My point in sharing this is not every DV' survivor experience is the same. It's possible Amber has a similar way of dealing with abuse. Still, I don't believe her. Her way of describing events, her mannerisms, and the way she "cried/displayed heavy emotions" feel fake. It definitely feels like she was the main instigator. Johnny is not completely innocent here, (no one ever is) but the majority of the evidence thus far (and the superior legal team) is on his side.
This woman is a disgrace to mankind. She clearly wrote the op-Ed to gain attention for herself and to think that she would defame Johnny to do it is just unthinkable. He was very generous to her after the divorce despite the hell he went through. That shows a lot about his character. She puts her foot in her mouth every time she opens it……she is guilty

It’s the worst thing could happen to me, military conflicts included.
They would lie just to get their way, make you look bad and spread words around while having no prove whatsoever.
Example: one night she wanted to argue and I wanted no part of that, so I went to look for my car keys to leave and she had them. I asked politely for her to give them to me and she threw a fit!!! When she did that, she slammed my keys against the floor and noticing I was going to picked them up, she grabbed them. I went ahead and grabbed them from her hand and ran while she was screaming that I hit her, she then threw a glass vase at my head so I called the cops.
The cops came and literally told me “dude, you have to get out and serve her with divorce papers!!!”
That was just one instance…

This is a defamation case, not a criminal case. This is much harder to prove that her oped was maliciously intended to go after him. Despite overwhelming evidence she is the perpetrator, the core is whether her op-ed was intended to slander Depp. Much harder to prove. Depp already declined to charge her, which would have a criminal case followers.

As someone who experienced an extremely violent childhood involving the physical abuse of both me and my poor owd mum, which then went on to manifest itself in my adult life like I had a beacon on top of my head lol, flashing the words "violent men are welcome" that resulted in me repeatedly choosing incredibly violent partners, and no matter how much of a concerted effort I made to choose my partners wisely, and I have absolutely no idea why or how, but they would always eventually become extremely jealous using violence to control me, and I really didn't help myself that I would fight back so hard, they'd often beg me to stay down each time I jumped up having regained consciousness from being closed fist punched and headbutted in the face . But I can tell you one thing for sure, never ever did I instigate or go looking for it like Amber Absurd did. Particularly on days where I had injuries, thee very last thing I wanted was to be punched , kicked, bitten on, or anywhere near my fresh, painful, new injuries, theres nothing quite like the pain of being given a black eye on an already blacked eye. So I'd hold my gaze to the ground, I wouldn't dare meet him eye to eye for fear of giving him the slightest excuse to flip out on me. And as Amber has very clearly never experienced that level of fear and/or pain from Johnny, she's oblivious to the fact that her whole body language/demeanour /expressions completely betray the manufactured, over acted fear that she's attempting to display. And for me, that's her downfall, I don't need to even hear her phony evidence, as her actions betray her so completely, no amount of acting would ever convince a true DV survivor that she's anything other than the aggressor.

As someone who has been through DV, I don’t believe the lies she is telling. When it happened to me , I struggled to string a full sentence clearly, I would stop midway and breakdown.
I now work with DV victims and never have I heard anyone talk like her. Usually your voice is little shaky at time, at times emotions overwhelm you and you generation to point. I.e he hit me and I fell to the ground....not I didn’t hesitate,I didn’t think, I didn’t etc etc. You don’t elaborate as it’s very painful expand you want to get it over with. He did this , I did this. It’s always the third party who asks so how did you feel and you answer in return because when you’re talking, you are in the moment. You don’t talk in long drawn out sentences

So a betrayal like that from his closest “friends” on top of 650 MILLION dollars just POOF GONE, must have felt so intense and painful in so many ways.
So she did what any loving wife would do. She hit record on her phone the next morning pretending to have no idea why he is upset. Saying, “Nothing happened this morning why are you upset?”. Which, I’d say was probably very frustrating to hear from anyone at that point especially when your drinking your sorrows away alone all night. So he starts hitting his own cabinets. WOW! “Gotcha!” She laughed in that video and you can see her smile at the end.
The cup she used to hide the phone while she was recording one of the worst days of his life. While also intentionally making him more upset to premeditatedly extort him for millions of dollars when he JUST lost 650 MILLION dollars already.
That cup.. is the same exact cup in the photo she took of the “drug crime scene table”. It has Her Name on it. The photo is in HER house in Orange. It shows 3 lines of a white powder. A box that says property of JD. Alcohol. And funny enough a tampon applicator that looks like a straw. All of that is conveniently just sitting there in HER home not his while he’s not even there.
Then you can go back and see pictures of HER and her SISTER with the exact same brand tampon applicators in their mouths years before.
Then you can listen to her sister explain her favorite way to snort cocaine is to use a tampon applicator on tape.
Anyway after all of that is a fact. She decides to take a picture of it moving the things on the table around multiple times to make it look JUST RIGHT for her beloved husbands reputation. Just forgot about the pictures of her having one of those applicators in her own mouth, and the cup on the table has her uncials on it.
That’s two minor minor things the personality inside of her decided to do before they were married. Premeditatedly 100% setting this entire marriage up for only one thing. Herself to become rich and famous.
So after everything she put him through, one of the other personalities or maybe the same one I can’t say for sure. One of them faked a black eye to get a restraining order against him in California. Only for the soul purpose of using it against him as blackmail during their divorce. Which she did indeed do. One of her did anyway. Idk which one.🤷🏻♂️

It HAD to be QUOTE: a charity that has more publicity. Those charities that her personality at the time decided was big enough to let the world know she was perfect and amazing happened to be The Children’s hospital in LA and the ASLU.
She or one of the other personalities in there decided to go on national TV and state that they gave all 7 million away already to these amazing charities.
But another personality didn’t pay anything except 100k to the UCLA made out to her in JDs name. I guess that personality decided to pocket the money. And yet again with this pattern that all of these personalities share.. LYING, CONVINCING, MANIPULATING EVERYONE.
That personality went on to use the money that was sent to the UCLA by her ex husband. A donation of course. Received a title as an ambassador for that charity. It was just a coincidence that the lawyers who work for that Charity. The one she claimed to donate 3.5 million to. Would help her write an OPED to post MORE lies about her ex husband in the biggest newspaper possible without being sued. They just helped her out of the kindness of their charitable hearts 🥰
Then they waited to release the OPED that SHE wrote using their legal means and publishing power until the perfect moment.
Right before her biggest role in any movie ever happened. That personality was so traumatized and afraid of him she couldn’t just leave him alone after they were already divorced. He was moving on with his life. That personality might not have remembered that they signed an NDA stating they would never tell anyone about the abuse she premeditatedly faked. I was beat up by an ex boyfriend. It went on, for about 20 minuets, until I was able to get away from him. The only people I pity is the LA Childrens Hospital that NEVER got their promised $3.5mill donation, which has been proved she never donated and real victims and survivors of abuse!
