Respect to the public for sticking up for you bro there is a few people that women live a few houses down from me
@@AY-Audits You have been asked to leave you should leave! trespass should be made a crime to handle people like you whats your address? (never mind Ill find out) now dont go getting upset when people start auditing your welfare housing!
I bet the sign with no FILMING will be up asap
I doubt it. They can't be bothered to put the sign they have at the points of entry. They are not about to start doing things right. Plus, an all text sign is easily defeated by those with dyslexia, even if it were at the point of entry.
Well done standing your ground lads. The support of the local community is a testament to your good work.
They already have one, this trouble causing 🔔🔚 just couldn't be bothered to look for it
Mr Jobsworth made himself look a right idiot, he was quite shocked when members of the public stood up for you.
Great to see, and show that not everyone is afraid of cameras. What have ALL security people got to hide ??
Brilliant audit. The beardy bloke didn't have a clue and was totally unprofessional. Big up the members of the public who stepped in.
I remember Random Outings filming in the Metrocentre unchallenged he even got a tour around one of the stores. I really enjoyed this vid and big up to the public defending you.
Security guard is enforcing his own feelings and playing the victim card.
Four Seasons is owned by a private company namely Martin Property Group....The public have permission to enter the shopping centre, but as it is privately owned they can set the terms by which they allow you to enter...They can revoke that access at any time and remove you from their premises...You want to be in a public place...then go out into the street.....You know that !!(or at least you should know that)...so stop making inaccurate statements!
Full marks to the guy who corrected the security guard. It is perfectly legal to photograph anything from a public place or from a place with implied public access.
The public have a
Massive misunderstanding of the term public space
Ie pavements are public ,except on railway property,
Shopping centres are private as are railway and tube stations
As regards implied right of access , shopping
Eating from venders in center,
Filming must be pre arranged with the site on their terms,
Greater chance of a no
Thus seek permission
@@andyjones4199 private property with implied public access means that unless there is signage forbidding photography it is perfectly legal and lawful to photograph in a shopping center or train station or anywhere that has public access. The same laws that allows CCTV in shopping centres etc apply to the public or police officers or anyone else that happens to be there.
You can be asked to leave, but tresspass is a civil matter.
@@user-yz4hu4hh3k private homes have different rules regarding photography. I would have an expectation of privacy in my home.
But i personally wouldn't have a problem if someone were outside walking their dog or taking photographs. Just like i wouldn't have a problem with the postman walking on my front garden path to deliver a letter.
He has to display his SIA licence because its a public place under the criminal justice act. If it was private land with no public access then he wouldn't need to show it.
He's just doing his job - allowing shoplifters free pickings whilst he is accosting you for a perfectly legal activity.
He mentioned that some people don't want to be filmed, yet he spends half his day recording the same people on his CCTV system!
And yes he was making himself look an imbecile with his head on upside down!
Great videos!
CCTV is licensed and this guy going round the shopping centre is not licensed to record on private property therefore he can be able to leave the property as it is open for public access but it’s not actually a public owned by the council.
I have Licensing in both areas and worked in private and public so if you’re going to make a comment, make sure that you know the law first
@@girafficparkgaming As I never commented about any aspect of the law I believe you are responding to a different comment.
Please check this before making a knob of yourself.
Well done, guys, you held your own against a shopping centre thug and look what happened ... people supported you all the way.
was only too happy to step in and defend the lads the security guard had them with their backs to the wall so I thought i would step in and tell the guard to leave them alone and let them go in their own time
It says people being a nuisance are not allowed?....Well that security goon with the big beard was DEFINITELY being a nuisance - harassing innocent photographers like he was. He should be barred from that Shopping Centre for good!
12:05 The video evidence is showing that the person creating a disturbance is the security guard himself. It is not the public causing the disturbance. It's the brain dead actions of the security guard who thinks following a corporation's rules is more important than people's rights. Such people thrived in the 1940s.
Shining himself in a "Dim" light couldn't be more appropriate where this security operative is concerned!!
The public is starting to catch on to the good work, you guys do, big up mate. that Leeds jacket is my only problem with you haha 😂
Nice to see normal people .
What a proper tit security dude. The 🔔 end was well educated by you guys, and even the public stepped into advise him about his job
Hilarious 😂😂
10:00 "Phones away" So the shopping centre thinks it can tell people when they can use their phone and when they can't. The mobile phone is the property of the person, not the shopping centre. It's like people having to ask permission from the shopping centre security if they can use the loo, or if they can sit down, or hold hands with their partner, or anything else that people do whne thye are going about their personal life
Good on you guys!!!!
Well Done guys keep up the good work look forward to seeing more videos .
Do you want to come to Sunderland, the bridges shopping centre. Not one of the security guards wear their sia on show, and I've mentioned this to a constable standing next to the security. They just walked away, too busy to get their McDonald's.
The security would be terrified.
Must be a big uplift to you when members of the public stick up for your rights to film in a area with public access.
So one security feelings means they are being a nuisance how uneducated and arrogant can one man be. To top that he was going to call the police for a lawful activity and a civil matter.😂😅😂
Yay. Right next to my home town. If i knew you could have come for a cuppa and a bit of lunch. Fantastic audit and great see my fellow townies offering defence and support for your very much of a legal activity. Best wishes, AY! 😊
10:30 Another point about the sign. Even the security guard had to search for it and find it and he knows the centre like the back of his hand. A sign in an out of the way location where no one would see it in their normal use of the centre is an unreasonable sign and is totally unenforceable. The classic joke about such signs was highlighted in Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy where the planning notice for the destruction of Earth was on display - It was on display in the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying ‘Beware of the Leopard. In law, such signs are seen as unreasonable. In the case of parking charges such signs make the charge null and void. It will be the same in the centre, anything the guard says based on the sign, will be null and void.
Hi kev.how's it going and another fantastic video well done and keep up the great work and well said the security guard was a complete muppet
Standard security causing trouble 🙄
Observe and report your not a doorman your supposedly a security guard well done all the people who stood up for you.
Mate I can't believe I've not found your channel before absolutely smashing it. Having a binge watch unbelievable amazing mate. What a snowflake he was . Well done to the members of public for standing up for our rights 😍
Maybe the tide is starting to turn. People are fad up with being told they can’t film, why ? What do they have to hide? Interesting that in Grimsby the council have just bought the local shopping centre so in theory it’s owned by the public in the town. Can they stop people filming in there ? I wonder
If they can change the law over cameras then let's stop the speed cameras and so on.
The People need to realize they have the Power and if they voted with their feet in places like this , then you might see changes....
Great video btw, very nice to see you Guys standing up for Our Rights and its working, first time i've seen the Photographer getting public support...👊
The Council will allow the building of Shopping Centres over public right of ways.
He laying down the law and his iD is hidden.
That was brilliant AY there are some good ppl in Mansfield bro not meny just a few respect to you and all that stuck up for you in there the gard didn't no what to do lmfao keep up the good work keep safe out there
I loce it. This is whatll create a better society.
That was brilliant A,Y it was nice to see the good people of mansfield did what was right and made him look shameful.
Great job of covering his boat race lads. 100% anonymous
Errr, hold-up, by the 'Security Guards' actions HE CREATED a public nuisance and disorderly conduct, clear these morons aren't trained in PR skills and the Property owners need to get a grip on their staff, private or otherwise!!!!🤬
Did you see all the CCTV cameras in there? Oh the irony.
Just subscribed. Cardiff bay.
You just broke the matrix when passers by were supporting you. I’ve got a story if you want it
Great Video
I wished i know you was in Mansfield i would have come and said hello a subscriber
Great video
"Causing a nuisance" but when people say they have no problem with it, it's clearly not a nuisance. If everybody had complained, then yes, but that's not what happened.
a shopping centre is private property it's open to the public as far as i know auditing york shire great video brother keep up the good work if you will like to film in side a shopping centre that best way to go about is to ask center mangiemant
That Small sign says Nothing about filming. The guard needs to chillout or go away hes out of line.
They have a Small sign because they are Clearly ashamed of the place.
I have made a point to limit my shoping at a place like this, soleless destroyers of high streets and small shops across the country. it's a Shame malls exist.
It's private property that allows public access. One of there conditions of access is no filming/photos, if you don't stop then
security have every right to ask you to leave. If you refuse then they can use reasonable force to remove you. As for your quote
of Sec33 about public access, it has nothing to do with trespass, it is just an amendment to the 1936 public order act re' the
wearing of certain uniforms or identifying with certain political parties. It was passed in 1972 which was to make sure it
included the 'IRA' due to the NI troubles.
But he did not go down that route so he needs retraining and needs to learn we're to put his badge. Till then you have no point of contest
@@WAR-22 Really? Who are you to say he needs retraining? You can't even spell 'We're' what is that supposed to mean, ahh!
Perhaps you mean 'Where'. So nothing I posted above was correct, due to the fact there was a badge not on display.
Sorry but, it doesn't change the law..
@@TomsBack well that just show a 5 year old would make a fool of him by your thoughts and ideas. But this is not a spelling test, are one of them failed teachers how helps in a class. I do not care if you have a problem with grammar and spelling.
“Security have “ever” right” seems you also made a typo big man. 😆
If typos are your best, come back your just one of them people who pushed for banning straws. It doesn't matter if I make typos you still understand if not and it's to taxing for you stay of the channel troll.
All this security guards done is make more people feel inclined to go to that shopping centre & film on their phones now! What an absolute jobsworth with nothing better to be doing!
Well the local people may do that I hope they have got the thinking heads on, maybe make it better for there customers
Nice one Kev, the general public getting involved with something that is legal. P.I.N.A.C.
Happy Mondayz AY 😎
Hi AD ,excellent video cheers Kev in Oz
If only they had a ‘No beating women sign’. 😔
Fire is a noun not an adjective.
If if was't the pesky security it would've been a great vlogging video which was great listening to the two of you nattering away and pointing out the interesting sights in the centre. But instead of being something that promotes the centre, the security guard turned it into a negative video about the centre. Not good at a time when many centres are closing down.
Great video matey and well done on standing your ground and trying to educate the shopping centre robot lol
New sub (and a fellow Leeds fan) heading your way 😎👍 MOT ALAW
This is one of the best videos on the channel all because of the public sticking up for you guys, finally people are starting to stand up to bullshit
Please come to Newcastle upon tyne and do eldon square shopping centre
You are actually wrong in this case it is private property and they can ask you to leave and don't even need a reason just like a Pub.
Loving the Leeds badge on show 👌 👍
It's not everyone's cup of tea but it's football and we all should like the game.
Security guy is such a melt 🙄
Went in the Four Seasons today as I was visiting Mansfield. They have a swinging bench set up with flowers around it for people to pose for photos in, so clearly photography is not against their terms of entry.
It's a shame they're not so pro-active in stepping in when there's gangs of youths riding their bikes around the shopping centre and bothering the customers.
This guard is pathetic. If people are doing no harm then leave them alone. Nazis.
Very shocked bro
i'm sorry but all of you people saying its public property and that everyone has the right to film in a public place can take a hike. the man was doing his job. if his boss and the owners of the shopping centre said to him to not let people film then thats the rule. if you want to target someone, do not target the one security guard that was doing as he was told, target the ones who told him to do that.
If he was doing his job, then all is well and the sia does not have a problem with him following the rules. 😉
@WAR-22 if you look at almost every comment on this video, they say that it is public property, I did not say it was in the video but instead to "all you people", so no i wont be revisiting thw video with adult supervision you man child. Also, no mate I'm from mansfield so what are you chatting about saying I'm from Plymouth.
What a Sausage 😅😅
It were fantastic, to see this clueless jumped up nobody being owned!
Best audit so far, on youtube.
You need nominating for an Oscar! 😅😅
Well done 👍
🤣You could tell he was a pillock before he'd completed a sentence.
The support you had - fantastic - what a great film.
The Four Seasons puts events on like fashion shows where they encourage people to take photos and videos.
Top Work Mate 😎
Love it!
Omg I soo can’t wait for this video darl xxx
Lol that was a funny video u guys definitely after do more. That security man lol 😂
The security guard was a prick your allowed to film in public they is no law that says you need to have permission to film aka security guard is a Karen and his head shins too much just in case his head turns red like a hot air balloon lol love the content bro keep up the work bro they are like this in yardley shopping centre too bro
Big up the shoppers on your side
Respect to these people! Arise Brits 👍🇬🇧
Why do so many baldy guys have big hairy beards?
security Guard was a real Biff. Just made a fool of himself 😁
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍Alf huddderfield
That public shopping centre is private property actually, and they have the right to send you off the (property)
That security guard was an absolute P L E B in my opinion, was great to see the public defend you from the tyrant trying to flex his micro-p***s of authority
1:46 No camera allowed in the centre, except those run and controlled by the centre because they want to control the narrative. Except they missed one out - the photobooth. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
you two ad me in tears . just subbed :-)
Power to the people
"Massive Respect" for those members of the public who supported you here!!
Yes they were with you "all the way"!! And thankyou Auditing Yorkshire!!
massive respect back at you. It is me at 18:18. only too happy to support these 2 lads in trying to show people in uniform as they really are, tyrants all of them. these 2 lads are trying to defend our rights, to do legal things as and when we want.
The word is getting out there. A tribute to the auditors. We know the tyrants want to stop public filming because it shines a light on their corruptions, misdemeanours, and worse.
There are hate groups set up and have the police hiding in them to try and stop us. So do believe the hipe
Will you be doing any more audits in Mansfield
That was epic.
Omg cooplands is the best xxx
10:30 The security guard just destroyed his own argument. The sign says nothing about the use of cameras or recording. It's all about causing a disturbance. And AY and WAR's videos will prove that there was no disturbance. So the guard is making shit up. Or basically lying. Not a good look if it got to a court case (civil or criminal) and the shopping centre's legal arguments are shown to based on lies - they would be destroyed in court. And punished by the judge.
⭐⭐⭐ is born!!!
You should have stopped at the Gnome , That looked cool :)
16:50 He's asking AY and WAR to leave because filming is against policy. Except it isn't. The sign that the guy pointed at said nothing about it. The guy hasn't produced any proof of such a policy. Looking on the centre's website shows no code of conduct, not even the usual crap about wearing shoes and shirts. So the guy is talking out of his arse, and making stuff up. So in effect he is asking AY and WAR to leave purely because he doesn't like being shown to be a tyrant and publicly embarrassed because he's "only following orders". That would give AY and WAR grounds for a claim against the shopping centre based on the human rights. They could add on the hurt feelings etc. And they could easily ask for compensation in the thousands. It's might get negotiated down to hundreds, but the shopping centre would've spent thousands on legal costs and AY and WAR would just have had to write a pre-action letter/letter before claim.
Well not going to that Shopping centre again. How do people like that get these Security jobs, They must be a job no one wants except people like him who are not bright.
The People are Way much more Educated Now ,,,, Government , Police and all the related are just not learning quick enough
Awful security in this place always been the same bunch on wanna be bullies who probs got bullied at school
Wink 😉 lol xxx
14:30 Some people might not want to be filmed. That can be the case. But it is not the responsibility of the shopping centre to protect such people's feelings. Nor to protect their feeling by trampling all over other people's rights. What security should do in such situations is calm people down and use expert social skills to deescalate such situations - not do what this security guy did which was to inflame people's feelings by not acting like a tyrant with some over inflated sense of authoritah.
Way to go boys we’re getting there slow but sure,,🇬🇧✌️Newcastle upon Tyne 🎉🎉
