And why do you have Niko’s outfit wrong
Because his default outfit makes him look like a cheap hobo.It is outdated, used to be in fashion but with cheap money was tough to get fancy.During this point of story Niko already became rich and makes more sense.
That`s the reason why it`s called default outfit you can change it anytime
