My issue with Bixby is that they’re overpriced “luxury” apartments that cater specifically to KSU students and rip them off. The smallest 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment (A1) at 550 sq. Ft. STARTS at $1,100.00 per month, base. With parking, amenities, taxes, and other fees; I’d realistically be looking at $1,350.00 p/month for the smallest/cheapest room available at Bixby. Hell, I graduated from KSU in 2013 and work at KSU (8th year). Rent here would literally be half of my gross monthly salary.
wow yea that is a crazy price ! i never looked at the prices for the one bedrooms but the price i’m paying for a 4x4 is way cheaper than on campus and i get way more. thanks for adding that incase people are looking for one bedroom💕
heyy !! yea it’s weird online because you have to begin filling out the lease to even get a price quote I would recommend going up there and touring or calling because it’s all based on what you’re looking for. The cheapest floor plan is around $750 a month I believe 💖 hope i helped
Hi, KSU employee and KSU Alumni. I honestly wouldn’t recommend Bixby. It’s considered “Luxery” appartment living with the price tag to match. STARTING rent for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 550 sq. ft. apartment is $1,100.00 p/month. Additionally, you’ll be paying an event “tax” for being literally across the street from Fifth-Third Bank Stadium. If you’re a KSU student, I’d suggest one of the dorms on campus or the plethora of other apartments nearby at a fraction of the cost.
Nice tour! Does these rooms come with Ethernet ports? Since you work from home☺️
