Dear, Jorge-Luis Jauegui. First thank U for airing teachings two great Mahapurus of our time. One more request if you have more video of Swami Chinmayanandajee & Swami Dayanandajee please broadcast it.
I've been watching these videos about the Nectar of Non-Duality up to here and I think Master Swami Dayananda teaches using and excellent methodology. He makes sure everything is very clear for everyone who listens to him paying attention.
The body IS the Self (atman) but the Self is not the body. The body, the mind and the senses have no existence of their own. Their existence is borrowed from the Self, the Reality. It seems there are two realities -the personality structure and the Self- but upon analysis you can see that one is apparent. The basis of anything apparent is what is Real. One is incidental and the other transcendental. The apparent comes and goes, the real is ever-present. That, You Are!
What an amazing teacher🙏 My pranams🙏

Excellent présentation by Swamiji.
Perhaps the term "Viveka" should be translated as sense of discretion rather than discrimination, to avoid the negative connotations.

Why would the body be "atman" (the self)? It's something that I experience, and therefore not me.
Swamiji starts with that statement and then later refutes it.
