That machine gun bunker had a real birds eye view of the surrounding terrain! What a view! You need to be dressed well to stand to in the winter! The gun position was well hidden! The tunnel was really a bonus! Rusty shell casing was a nice find! Trenches everywhere, what a job to produce these things in this terrain! You need a time machine HH! Another interesting tour HH and EE!

Another great site. Listening to the wind in the mike, I was thinking of winter with a storm off the Atlantic. Frostbite had to be an issue in the latter part of the war. It's surprising how good a condition the place still is. I love the shell remains. As always, the video team of HH and EE did a fabulous job. Stay well and safe.

Yes that winds in that region can be horrific in the wrong season. Very usual with more then 40-45 m / sec there in severe storms and they last for days. This is a great place overlooked by so many people as they can see it but is is there. Loved it. Thanks SO very much for your kindness my friend and magic will soon commence :)

Once again you have taken us to a beautiful coastal loction, with breathtaking sceanary. So much still remaining and in very good condition, no stupid grafetti all over the walls. That trench system was amazing, to think all laid by hand. Well done EE on the research, you are getting better than Dad now at this. Thanks for sharing with us all. Stay safe and well my friends

Love that trench system. It's always nice to see these things almost as they were, and to imagine what it was like be there in all weathers. Freezing cold in Winter, warm and windy during the Spring and Summer. The tunnel through the mountain was a surprise but you can see why they went to the enormous effort to do it, but the amount of work involved to create these tunnels, and the trench system, is just astoundiing to think of. But you certainly see why they chose that spot. With views out to the horizon in almost every direction, that mountain really dominates the coastline for kilometres around. Thank you for sharing this amazing location, and those spectacular views out to sea! Stay Safe! Stay Strong!

It’s fantastic every time you discover something you didn’t expect at a location. It appears this area is being well taken care of. You always deliver on your explorations. I wonder if the artillery shell you found was a complete shell that was left there? While these areas are beautiful for its views, I would imagine it wore a soldier out going up and down these hills carrying gear. Thanks for another interesting video.
