Just wanna mention that actually the major purpose of these ready to eat meals is also for people living abroad who miss their country's home food. I personally eat dal makhani a lot as I cannot cook it myself and haldiram's is very close to the original one.

Ready to eat meal was life saver for my family ,my parents and We had covid together.. and apart from fruits this was all I was able to do for all of us with fever and no energy paneer,daal and use to make rice and salad

Whenever u compare the prices of these preserved foods with fresh food (redi), you'll should not compare the quantity bcoz it's takes a lot of money in packaging, preservatives, taxes, etc.

I live in dehradun and whenever i go to a hotel or a restaurant. I always order dal makhni and shahi paneer . This is my fixed order
I think Haldiram adds a little sugar in everything because sugar is a preservative and 1 year ki expiry hoti hai Haldiram ki, so, Mukti di is correct
Sugar is not a preservative .
Preservative are chemicals added to food by companies so that to increase the life span of the food
You right but sugar is used for preservatives I read in my science book that way in jam and jali the sugar is used . and also mukti tell that in an other video that in maggi masala there is some sugar in it . mukti di is correct I think so .......
I remember when I was a kid my dad brought that Palak paneer..and my mom had to add paneer in it because it was so less😂😂😂

I am pretty sure Haldiram’s ready to eat meals are packed with a special technique that pasteurises the food and uses vacuum sealing to increase shelf-life - no preservatives as far as I know.
To surprise, none of them got their research done right about Preservative Free technology used... but they have silly shayari to compensate.

Arey they won't add preservatives....they use the technology used by ITC where they heat it to certain temp. And pack it...so the metabolism stops until u open it..read the package.

I really love your videos. But the packaged food does not have any preservatives. The makers use different techniques to make that food preserved, without the use of any chemicals. I once made pav bhaji of haldirams and some of it got left and l didn't eat it and it got rotten just after few days just like normal food. So all the packaged food are like normal food with no preservatives.

Yes I do agree that eating ready to eat products mostly have preservative, otherwise these products will not last long...check the ingredients, you will come to know. Try to avoid as much as possible and there are many simple and quick food which can be prepare in few minutes.
