Reacting To My First First-Author Paper Being Accepted for Publication (emotional)

- After 4 years since the start of my project, my first first-author paper has been accepted for publication in The Astrophysical Journal. In this video, I go through the highs and lows of this 4-year period, both professionally and personally. I express the biggest thanks and gratitude to everyone who made this possible from my PhD advisor, my research collaborators, and the endless support from friends, family, and individuals I've met through online platforms such as UA-cam.

Thank you mr Kyle. I knew this video is from months ago. Congratulations once again. And thank you for being an inspiration for people like me in college, mainly as my first semester of my second year is almost finished. But thank you. Your videos do at least give some motivation for me when doing extremely well in school through my hard work, which I will definitely continue doing no matter what through my hard work. And you and I are like the same. But that is a topic for another time. But thank you for your videos, at least being a sort of positive light and message when times are extremely rough, and when everything pays off. That is quite an opus. I read APhJ a bunch in the 70s while getting my Astronomy degree but I guess the bar has been raised significantly since then as this is well beyond the typical paper that I remember consuming. Want me to bring this one to the attention of Dr. Becky? She could really boost your subs.
