Mine is no sugar and no more dairy. All is well here….a little too humid by the Great Lakes lately. I’m missing the dry high desert air!😄
Jody congrats on your 25 lbs! That's fantastic! I'm found a system that has balanced out my blood sugar, reduced my cravings, given me more energy, better sleep, etc. And it's sustainable for life! 😊
