What is the difference between hem, hen and zijn?

hem - hen = pronoun object (I will make a video later about it) and "zijn" (and "hun" for plural 3d person) is pronoun possessive. For instance. "Ik zie hem." (I see him) - "Ik zie hen" (I see them) - "Dit is zijn boek." (This is his book). - "Dit is hun kind." (this is their child). Thanks for watching the video!
