It's hard to do at first, but if you practice you can make yourself go cross eyed and merge the left and right images into one allowing you to see the 3D effect. Give it a try.

No. If you cross your eyes, you are viewing the left image with the right eye and the right image with the left eye. So, the depth is backwards. Meaning close objects look far and near objects look close.

@@my3dviews Damn, you're right. I just verified what you said by covering one eye with my hand while they were crossed. You still get a 3D effect, but yeah, it's all backwards, lol.
EDIT: I found a workaround, if you download the video and play it in VLC or whatever and horizontally flip it, it works, but you are of course mirroring it.

@@yoshisaur90 That's really hard for me to do. If I understand you here instead of bringing the eyes' directional focal point closer, (by crossing your eyes) you're trying to move it further away? I can do it but it's difficult. I have to focus on a distant object, like the far wall of the room, while keeping the monitor in my peripheral vision then change to look directly at the monitor and hope my dumb brain doesn't re-track my eyes.

For those saying that crossing your eyes for the 3d effect doesn't work, you are confusing the term. When I do it, my right eye focuses on the right image and left eye on the left image.
