Mam why children below 2 years of age are not able to express if they are feeling cold , is it something to do with language milestone or is there any specific reason for that .

Love your videos, good work. Please can you try and give examples of how to report the history e.g The patient was apparently well until 2days prior to presentation when he develop cough. The cough was said to be dry cough etc. Can you make a video on how to report it. Even the nutritional, developmental history etc. Tnx
