Every state has different causine, different ways of cooking, different food combination of ingredients, so many tastes.
Also each state causine is known for certain recipes which you can't replace. So there is no one type of I can list here. If you need one name it is INDIAN VEGETARIAN FOOD.

North mein South ke foods bhi khush hokar khaate hain jaise Dosa, idli, Saambar vra khandvi, Pooran pohli, bhelpuri, sevpuri etc & South mein North ke food Chole-bhature , Litti chokha ,aaloo-puri,golgappe,tikki,samose ,aaloo chaat etc. bhi khush hokar khate hai . Actually log India ki har state ki saari specialities try karte hain.

Being a North Indian I would say North Indian food is best but we do try South Indian food for most of the time during evening or at breakfast. Things which hit the taste buds is good be it from North or South. India changes after every 10 kms in terms of culture, traditions, values so everything is special for us.

Mubashir Indian cuisine is the best in the whole world. Food from every state has its own specialty. As I am from Delhi I must say Chhole Bhature, Bedami puri and subzi, Dahi Bhalla, Chat Pakori, many other chat items, Non-veg. Food and sweets are the best in Delhi. Delhi se best kahin nahin milta. ❤️🇮🇳 My parents and other family members migrated from Pakistan after partition. Let’s pray that relationship between both the countries improve and we all can visit each other’s countries. 🙏🇮🇳❤️
