Just wanna expand on the description where you mention that he could be tied to Nyarlathotep. Nitocris is directly referenced in H.P. Lovecraft's story "The Outsider" and is also credited in the wider mythos for reviving worship of Nyarlathotep. Basically, I don't know if they'll add outer god shenaniganry for Tut, but they could absolutely do it for Nitocris and give us yet another Nito. Though, Nyarlathotep is already in the game (technically) thanks to Summer BB.
So what i'm understanding is that my new son has to either die or trigger guts to get stars... Momma is concerned for her new child. Also give him all the ducks, he liked them.
I had to look this up because I'd never heard it before. No, apparently "Tutankhamun really loved ducks" is just Tumblr latching on to the fact that like three things out of the 5398 items in his tomb involved ducks and arbitrarily deciding that they were his favourite thing ever.
4:13 wait, This actually also works for him because he has effects that trigger only after guts is triggered, so he can force use his own guts instead of hoping for enemies to do it.
-"He's not a twink, he's a child!" He's like 18; he's a legal shota. He is definitely our cute little twink.- They're not bunny ears, they're from the headdress of the god Amun, which is the "Amun" in "Tutankhamun". He was born Tutankhaten after the heretical monotheistic religion his father set up worshiping Aten, but during his reign as Pharaoh he abolished that religion and restored the traditional polytheistic religion, which at that time had Amun as its central figure. He, of course, didn't want to be named after his father's hokey cult's deity so he changed his name. "Surely nothing's going to happen to the child that got assassinated." He wasn't assassinated. We don't know exactly how he died, but two separate hypotheses of violent death have been disproven and the most credible hypotheses are those connected with his incredibly poor health.
@@BloodrealmX his character profile states he manifests at the age of 9 as he believes that’s his prime, being when he ascended the throne. He is child. The rest is interesting though
@@klidge That's odd, from what I read, his profile says he manifests the same as when he died, which would be 18 or 19. EDIT: The translation I read says "As a Servant, he takes form with the very body in which he passed, which he describes as the “prime of his lifetime.”" so it _is_ possible the original text intended "in which he ascended to the throne" as you've said rather than "in which he passed away". I don't have the original text myself to check the exact words. He _is_ absolutely tiny, though, now that I look at his height and weight stats.
@ not sure where you’re reading that but every translation I’ve seen say thats not the case. I’d say check again cause someone’s spreading misinformation
@ Bond 1: translated from Japanese, it’s the body from the time which he ascended the throne. “This is my heyday.” If you want to fact check it yourself here’s the Japanese version that I translated taken from atlas academy: 身長/体重:118cm・22kg 出典:史実 地域:エジプト 属性:秩序・善 副属性:人 性別:男性 即位当時の肉体での現界。 本人いわく「これが全盛期」とのこと。
I’m deeply curious about the concept behind him. Because all of his ability’s and appearance are tied to his legend, but his legend was created long after he lived, so that makes the question on how that even works. Was it because of his discovery being so influential that it circumvented the usual method on how a servant is made? does this mean a servant can be influence by things long after their death? are the rules not as concrete as we thought? This raises is so many questions (I am a Dingus that forgot that this, is infact, a thing that happens)
We already knew that new legends and rumors from long after their heyday still affect the Servant. Salieri becoming affiliated with Mozart's death was popularized after his own death, Dagon ceased to be a respected Sumerian Divine Spirit due to Lovecraft naming an eldritch being after him and crippling his legend, most of Scheherazade's tales were lost and so many that we associate with her were later additions from other storytellers but since they are part of "1001 Nights" she still has access to them. Hell, the BIGGEST case of this is Vlad's legend getting fucked over by The Legend of Dracula, LONG after his own death, and he HATES THAT TO HIS CORE.
@Phantomcrustacean it was his whole motivation in the Water Crisis event, he basically went mad due to losing his divinity and because of the Lovecraft influence and was planning on making it everyone else's problem as revenge.
@@rotciv557 well before that his plan was to turn the monsters on the island into a new Bach of worshipers to artificially/forcibly course correct the alteration back into what he was before, but Chaldea threw a wrench into that because he made their primary food source a sapient and adorable species. Then he decided that since he was stuck as a monster, he might as well screw everyone else over because fuck them for responding as one would expect to the presented scenario I guess.
"He's not a twink, he's a child!"
I feel Ankoman will have fun with that character.
And some people will get really mad like usual (but maybe even more with a Brown dude).

More Nito love is always a good thing
I hope they don't connect Tut-kun with anything he's not connected to normally. He deserves to be his own thing, not corrupted by plot shenanigans.

Of course, he hates us. If Nitocris is any indication, we took him from his afterlife.
The fact we got a Van Gogh welfare and you mentioned works with Gogh might be an interesting storyline

I think it'll trigger again if he uses another Guts, too.

8:09 considering how much he hates us, yeah he needed a good CE to make up for the work you will be putting in.
Likely because I recently reread the trials of Apollo but I was just now reminded of the Greek/Egyptian hybrid god Harpocrates God of Silence.

If there isn't even a vague Yugioh reference with this guy, imma riot. 😂😂
Such a wasted opportunity.
