I've gone through each step of your troubleshooter, and am still having issues. My two pairs of Bluetooth headphones started cutting out at the same time approximately two weeks ago. It works fine if I am right next to my laptop, but 2-3 feet away it starts to cut out rather badly. There have been no changes in the household that I am aware of that could be causing the problem. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

@@homesweetesthome1726 I tried my brother's bluetooth headphones too and they had the same problem so that isn't the fix for me unfortunately
