Do you mean the locust placement? They needed to be placed close to each other and a small gap infront because they have low health points. Mounting them sideways makes the build not symmetrical then which does not matter anyways. Locust heavy depends on movement anyways, such as typhoon or tsunami does aswell. You can play fused Pyralids in case you do not have Locust or they being to expensive to buy.

Because enemy usually comes at the right?

I've seen that in every Locust build. There must be a reason. Maybe you can only restrict their turn angles in one direction
