They Shared that Magic for a time and left so much behind to remind us all how brilliant collaboration can be. I appreciate the subtle Genius Neal brought to the music he shared.

@Radiohead54321 @Radiohead54321 My thoughts exactly. Their vocals and how they harmonize is incredible. I miss them both on stage together with the Cardinals :( Thank Goodness for UA-cam!!!!!
ryans metal album and his acoutstic stuff and his stuff with the cardinals is all sick.. and if anyone thinks he's done, hes not.. He can't live if he stops playing music, I think it's obvious.
Very nice indeed. If I'd discovered that I was somehow outside of that cab at that time...well let's just say I'd rather not talk about it. If only I'd have known................
"watching 50 times".."brilliant guitar"...oh my god, whatever. Etc. the propensity to deliver your musical intent( no, my meaning does not include outdoors equipment) via and per the talent you expound upon , and for this reason( those reasons, music with narrative is extremely complex) , ryan adams and coconspirators have managed upon a genre and performed and managed indeed brilliantly( unusually well) for so rare an event.
actually, i think that is the standard opinion of most DRA fans. At least among the ones who were lucky enough to be listening when they were together and at their peak. As far as this fan goes, i miss the Cards terribly, but Ryan's gotta follow his heart and I think that's what he is doing... I am still along for the ride.
@@jabodl1 Love lots of his music, but DRA can be cringe-level pretentious with attempts at 'poetry'. Exhibit A: ua-cam.com/video/CUrGY399VEo/v-deo.html
ok I might be going out on a limb here but does anyone else think Neal is too up himself? Sure he's a good musician but he takes himself far too seriously in my opinion!
Beautiful. Ryan was never better than when Neal was alongside. Miss you so much, NC.
Driven a black cab around London for 36 yrs and been a fan of Ryan’s music since his Whiskeytown days. Only just seen this and not jealous at all.
Everything Neal did is worth listening to. Aloha

Profoundly beautiful. The two of them together is pure magic. Effing brilliant.
This is incredibly beautiful and retrospectively poignant.
This is just genius. Saw Ryan live Oxford 26/6/11. Solo acoustic and piano. Never been blown away by so much talent and beautiful music. Long live DRA
I see the omission, that being because Ryan has never made the admission, but I’m part of this also. I wrote this.
…still waiting in the ships..
OMFG 😪
RIP Neal Casal.
Incredibly sad news. Just 50 years old.
What a loss. Go easy, Neal.
Saddened to hear of the passing of Neal Casal. What a deep loss.
この2人が一緒に演奏しているところが本当に好きだった。貴重な映像をありがとう。
So glad I stumbled on this. Incredible talent and songwriting. What a moment…..
On repeat since yesterday
...also in the oasis render of a Ryan Adams song i wrote

OH WOW! WHOA! Crazy gorgeous. RIP Neal.
Ryan one of the best songwriters of all time
All my writing..95% of it… thankyou
DRA arrangement , of course
Except I wrote the storyline.. this and 95% of all DRA
Thanks…I wrote 95% of all of it
Well, I want to respond to each kudo
Welcome to black cab sessions with Ryan Adams and Neil Casal.... 2 dudes!!!!!! Come on brother.... say it like it is.

Absolutely beautiful
A lot of BC SESSIONS, none quite as magical as this one
Ryan and Neal performing at the church in Dingle, Ireland were the absolutely dogs bollocks too. Such talent.
I almost forgot to watch this today.
RIP Neal...
Miss you, Neal
amazing !
Masterful ❤😢
Just brilliant.
I love this. That is all.
I know, this captures me.
Sooooo good!
They are great..
gutted. RIP Neal xx
A harmony, the harmony
All for the love and cause of music...
lol I love how girlish Neal gets his voice. This is so awesome!
I believe you are referring to his "falsetto", which he seems to be able to move in and out of at will. Great choice RA for harmony .
Reaching harmony musically is what they are both accomplishing
just incredible. RA and NC are quite the pairing i must say.
Thanks for this...beautiful!!
he has a live in jamaica DVD. got it, and its class
Please do not quit music.
Insane stuff!!!
Absolutely a great piece!

So sad to hear of Neal passing :(
Wowzer.
Neal's haircut is that of a medieval minstrel.
Neal ❤️
Still speaks
The war is over
Ever notice how all these giants always had Neil next to them?
So true, So true
Chills
❤❤❤
"like birds inside a bell"
So sad. Neil😞
how on earth do they get such a good sound and filter out the engine noise. black cabs are bloody noisy.
This melody reminds me of a James Taylor piece
Who Makes this guitar Ryan is using?

@jaybowcott You speak the truth, brother. Much to our enjoyment.
@frontsummersault It's a Grammer (Merle Haggard edtn.)
Are they going through Soho? Thats not exactly a smooth ride and not the simplest song either.. did a good job!
So is the guy holding the camera drunk or high?
Neal Casal is brutal.
That's a lucky cab driver...
I have faith that Ryan will get back with Neil and the Cardinals...I mean, he can't NOT know that they are magic...
Shelley Modica I had always hoped for that reunion too. Sad it’s not gonna happen now.
@24ukwildcat only if that poop is named brandon carroll.
2:34 is when the world turns upside down
did someone compare Ryan Adams to Dave Matthews that kinda makes me sick to my stomach
@fricco1994 That doesn't explain the insane cinematography...are you drunk or high?
"watching 50 times".."brilliant guitar"...oh my god, whatever. PUT ON A SEATBELT THERE'S ONLY ONE OF YOU!
So sad
Its a late 60's Grammer 'Merle Haggard'
;)
Maybe sacrilege to most DRA fans but he needs to get back with The Cardinals at some stage.

*Neal*
@smurfieboo Ha ha, I don't expect to be fucked by Ryan, just stating a fact. And I don't work in an office, LOL!!!! Thanks for the advice though.
Pink smoke rung out like the patches of your hair
Like violets
Like birds inside a bell
This makes no sense whatsoever....
It's just melodic poetry

this is so random

Say what?
