You are a brave woman, being visible in your video, Jaimie - I certainly lack the courage! The products you are using blew me off my feet, so beautiful and indeed lifelike. You're the first demo (that I've seen) using the "basket weave" die. Love it, I didn't know what to do with it, nor with the bricks and dots. The Magenta card is gorgeous! You got me going, I'll try Melon Mambo. The blue splotched DSP reminds me of the sea - on a sunny day, otherwise there'd be lots of gray and dark greens in it LOL. I LOVE the DSP and forgot to order more of it. There's still time, thankfully. Did you notice that the Specialty Paper is embossed a little? It's surface is kind of slippery, so when I stamped on it, it was hard to do so without smudging and it took quite some time to dry - but it turned out beautifully. Your Misty Moonlight card is so pretty! Thank you for sharing the design and all those tips & tricks.
Those color swatches are lovely! Very practical. I made something similar, with a circle punch, per color family. Do you remove the retired colors from your sample ring?
Originally, bijou is French and litterally meant jewel, although nowadays it's usually spelled "bijoux", which is plural. In modern language, the meaning of the word has changed radically: there are no valuable jewels in bijoux - could be any kind of "jewelry" as long as no precious metals or stones are involved. I love living languages! However, who'd deny that butterflies are nature's jewels?
A Streetcar Named Desire? To me, it was a total waste of time, too. As I wrote on your blog, we think alike. Sorry for the long comment, it's almost a novel ...

Thank you for your “novel” 😀 and for helping with the word bijou. I had no idea. I speak Spanish and love how languages work. Sometimes words just don’t translate completely in English. Thanks for watching!!
