I'm on day 16 of 14 hour work days. It's Sunday morning. I beat the sunrise by about 2 hours. I did NOT want to get up today. I left the house and started this video on my walk to work. I was reminded.... I. DON'T. STOP. 💪

My soon-to-be wife owns an eiscafe (like an ice cream parlor) that's been in her family for 40 years. We decided two years ago to start doing American bbq too because money is getting tight, especially since covid. We're open 5 days a week but we work every single day. No Days Off is my mantra, man. These motivational videos save my ass ALL THE TIME. it's just me and her foe the most part. But we are building a dream. I actually put myself through welding school out here tonearm how to build mynown smoker. It's so much damn work. Some days... a lot of days it feels like too much. I never really say this to anyone. Sometimes it's easier to tell a stranger. But like I said, especially on those days when it feels like too much, when I am walking to work in thr middle of the night, knowing I have a week of 16 hour days ahead of me, knowing that the only person that is making me do it, is me... these videos are my reminder, I'm stealing this from my guy Jocko, I. DON'T. STOP. That's the mindset you have to have to pu something like this off.

Motiversity has been amazing! I work from home doing outbound sales and I have been super discouraged and wallowing in self pity. But I have been playing these videos in the background while making calls this whole week and I have been wanting to kick doors in with courage and haven't had any self doubt or pity.
