Insurance is legalized racketeering! I had a commercial insurance policy for years no accidents or claims then a storm did tons of damage and it took 8 months to collect and 2 weeks after getting paid half of what it should of been they cancelled the policy
Same with homeowners. My dad had a policy in the 90s and we had some stuff stolen, insurance eventually paid and cancelled the policy. Same story in 2013, we lost some shingles during a hurricane and they covered it and immediately cancelled.
I would sue the everlasting CRAP out of that insurance company you would have to hire a lawyer that specializes in that field with lots of experience don't stop fighting them
Lol this guy just didn’t have the right insurance. He didn’t consult with a lawyer before getting the policy and I’m sure he didn’t have it looked over by a lawyer or he’d have a very big check.🤷♂️
Insurance is like any government, there to take your money and never give you anything back. Then tell you tough luck, keep paying. You will overcome this. Just keep moving forward!!

RIP 1967 Ford Fairlane...I agree with you Tim no matter how devastating this fire was and the set back it caused you. I really do believe it was a positive turning point for you and your business. I also have seen that it lit a fire under you, no pun intended and has help get you back on track mentally.. I have been watching you since Bruce introduced you to us and can't wait to see what's instore for GNS Trucking.
I'm very saddened when the qf fire hit you sorry for your Loss . I definitely know the feeling of fires My family has had 3 fires in the same place 3 different years. Last one was Dec 19 2020.
Always big plans then nothing to show for it..promises promises..he doesn't even have business credit! If people think this guy's a hero or something. Outlaw trucker is all he is.
I said that before he talked about moving the whole operation to canada ! Now we dont hear about that anymore ! Just like building the new shop ,,now he is talking about building a pole building where the old shop was !
Hey Tim I used to own a scrap yard here in Mississippi and if you don't load all your Motors by theirselves disca Motors and your transmissions and leave the tenses later you'll get more money out of it because the motor is going away more and your team's going to be way less alright well if you do all your motor up first and get all that stuff out of the way then you figure up how much you saw you going to get out of all your Motors and Transmissions alright then you turn around and you do the chin last and you'll make more money off of it
Best wishes to y'all. The fire is a tragedy I've worked in many truck shops. It could have been simple as mice chewing on wires or a piece of equipment over heated. I had incident once with a Refrigerated Trailer. And they are full of flammable foam, while trying to do some Aluminum welding the foam inside the rear door frame caught fire. But luckily everyone of us moved fast and drilled holes in the frame and got water in the door frame. The team work of all of us employees managed to put the foam out the shop was full of smoke but we did what we could to keep the shop from burning down. Y'all will make it just stay positive.
Nelo, from Detroit. I hate you see you go through this brother, but seeing you be positive gives hope to others in this business also going through similar struggles. Young business owner like yourself doing the same things you are but here in Michigan. If your ever up this way, you have a shop to use l.
Timmy, look into borrowing somebody in town’s end dump. I would surely think you know someone with an old end dump laying around. Would help make all that demo go much faster
Insurance is NOT a scam if you work with a reliable agent who only selects from known reliable commercial carriers. I work in commercial real estate and have submitted many large claims over the years when something unexpected happened (like a fire). When that happened, both our agent and our carrier were helpful in making the claim. So if you do things right on the front end, I am convinced that you will be protected on the back end.
I’m thinking he might not have had any insurance or the policy didn’t actually cover anything. We’ve made claims to insurance before and they always pay out, not always a whole lot but they always pay.
HeynTim you shouldn't have to explain your financials and insurance to anyone on the internet. Thats your buisness no one elses. And so what if your getting $5 or $5million from insurance or your buddy down the road. Honestly your handling this better than i could of you have the patience of a saint brother. You are truely an inspiration. Ive been strugling to save enough money to move me and my family from CA to TX because i can't handle the way everything going hear. And seeing you bounce back from this and keeping a positive attitude thrkugh it has really made me determined to work harder and take what i want in life. Thanks for everything you do brother. Stay safe and god bless
If yall think he such a pos and is lying and all that......... Then why are yall watching the man's videos, and taking the time to comment on them? Just wondering, because seems like yall might have better things to do.
I saw the expedition fall off the forks in another video. I picked up some forks from Jenkins iron & steel Wisconsin I bought my forks for $2,000 and they are hydraulic. Commercial Insurance back in the day used to be "You don't like it until you need it". Today is the same saying but we have to add after until you need it with "but it won't be there"!--
it's looking better Tim. Y'all hang in there and stay strong. I've been through that back when I was 12. Back in 1989. Just take it one day at a time. like I said before, Looking better. Me and my wife (Dixie) will keep y'all in our prayers brother.
That Fairlane hopefully was insured ... being a owner of a 427 Fairlane it hurt seeing yours burned up ... hope your shop Comes back better bigger and stronger and best fire suppression system.
Tim here’s an i dea for ya man. Take one of your flat beds and load it full of scrap and take it that way but make sure you have Side panels so then it doesn’t fall off the trailer
in the future never store bulk flammable liquids and oils ect just out keep all oil soaked rags in a container that fire can't reach. if you build a new shop use fire resistant material
Seeing a clean slab is gonna make all this worth it. The most difficult thing to do after something like this is processing the situation and responding to it. Your gears immediately started turning on how you would overcome a major setback like this and then you came up with a plan and executed it. You're an extremely driven individual with an equally as driven team. I'm convinced there's nothing that can stop y'all. Can't wait to see what you guys do with this space and what's next for the company. Nothing but positivity. Also I'd look into renting a sweeper bucket for that skid steer. They get stuff pretty clean and you can dump right into that trailer and bring it to the landfill. It'll keep and the nails and little scraps from covering your parking lot like would happen if you just power washed it all.
Tim it must be so heart breaking, but you stay strong keep up doing well, like they say keep those wheels turning, soon it will be cleaned all up for a new future plan. Stay strong Tim my heart with you dear friend ❤️
You should take a load over to your local truck stop and see what their scale says and compared it to the scale at the scrapyard when I used to haul scrap and load to crush cars we would stop at the truck stop to check the weight before he went to the scrap yard just to make sure the scales were pretty close on the weights
Hay Tim good to see you d thanks oing good and love your channel and to see you moving and growing I'm just glad you and everyones doing awesome I love you and your family and watching your awesome channel and content

I love watching your channels but sad to see the work shop not there any more
Did you find out how the fire started and what caused the fire
Man seeing the 390 4 speed Fairlane crush like a pop can almost made me cry.
I can hear that trailer screaming the whole time "Don't Be Cruel"😖
Braxton please use more of that cord to stand back farther from the dump trailer while you're dumping. I've seen things fall back and hit in your standing area.
They do a lot of sketchy stuff. Walking under hoists and crane booms ranks right up there too
Boy DOT love to see that coming down the rosd
that fairlane is my dream car... breaks my heart!
When guessing things like weights, it’s the closest without going over.
Don't worry Braxton, riding around in the bucket of the loader builds character so what about a little rain :-)
Always separate your metals for top dollar tin and car bodies. Short steel and motor blocks. 35 yrs in the scrap business. Good luck Tim keep pushing forward
It’s good to see Brax getting to have a good time driving the skid steer smashing up the rubble before loading it
Poor brax getting a wash in the rain hopefully he didn't catch a cold
Dear Tim....
