This ending is way better in every way than the old one if you ask me. The soundtrack gives the feeling that your journey (for now) is finally reaching an end instead of the reused library theme. The puzzle is way more challenging and feels more rewarding. Not to even mention that you can no longer win by cheesing it. And the cutscenes are the cherry on top. *chefs kiss* Edit: Ok apparently you can thanos snap the figure with a crucifix. Hopefully it gets fixed sooner or later. 🗿
Yeah, the new end cutscene looked triple a the first time I beat the new Door 100, and the new animations all look very smooth and amazing. Hotel+ is incredible man. Also crucifying Screech is the funniest shit ever bro.
This song suddenly starting to play surprised me so much when I first heard it while playing, but honestly it's such a good ost. I'm glad there's a new ending now, harder yet so much better. Don't get me wrong, the old one was good as well, but this one is just better.

the old one sucked, you just avoided figure once then did the puzzle and escaped, and there was even a glitch that would let you go past him and skip everything
This ending was icing on the cake for the update. Just the new animation followed by this amazing track was just awesome and it really helps set the mood as you run away from Figure and even when you hide from it as well. Not that the original ending was bad or anything, I just didn't think it could get any better, but the Doors devs proved me wrong! Keep up the good work, this game's going places.
The soundtrack was found after the games Release almost a month later which tells us the devs were working on the update as soon as they released it and also that they work on music first but also it couldve been unused you never know
What nobody is talking about is, how not only the ost is a perfect fit with the already brilliant gameplay, but how it's made to fit the particular phase of the gameplay. I'm talking about room 50 ost perfectly wrapping up when you finally leave the library or room 100 ost adapts its level of intensity based on where you are in the room.
I absolutely love how this update remade what old Doors did that already was really cool, and made it even cooler. It’s so cool that you have to actually navigate around the interior now while avoiding Figure, instead of just hiding once and solving the puzzle as Figure is stuck behind a door. Plus, the design of room 100 is expanded upon so much too, and it just shows the pure improvement and passion that this game already had. I can’t wait to see what Part 2 is gonna have stored for us!
This isnt the original it starts with a remix and when figure stops finding or chasing it turns into normal and when u put all of buttons its remix again until u go in elevator
I remember I was hella nervous when I got to door 100 due to my friend dying at the greenrooms, but when I was midway the puzzle, I calmed down due to this awesome soundtrack. I really love this new update because when I won I screamed harder than when in the old version, I really can't wait for floor 2.
Same here,when I got there for the first time, my friend was killed by rush at the greenhouse. I swear my heart rate was like 150 my mouse and my entire body felt like it was about to explode if it weren’t for this song, would not be able to even move on

For anyone interested in finding door A.000, you must: *Have 2 Lockpicks *A skeleton Key *Have passed Door 50 (Figure) Once you have done this, you must head to door 60, revealing a room with a closet to the right side of the room. Behind this closet is a crack, of which you will be able to go through and find another room, of which a gate is preventing you from entering door A.000, you must enter room 61, which will have a gate and a switch to pull down, once the switch has been pulled down from the basement section, head back to door 60, behind the closet and into the now open hallway which is in the hidden closet room. Holy moly. Doors was already an amazing experience, but this update... I'm at a loss for words. They really outdid themselves in every regard. I am 100% serious when I say this was the greatest horror game I've ever experienced. Which is a position I thought would never be held by a roblox game.

there was a glitch in the old update where you can just sprint past the figure in the cutscene. completly skipping the hiding segment. useful if you dont wanna risk a death.

I always thought going between 2 VERY different room styles felt out of place and weird, this fixed it a lot. The courtyard to greenhouse, perfect transition. That leads to the greenhouse to ending transition which is also really good and fits way better than the old one.

OBLIGATORY SPOILER WARNING Even though this is, in retrospect, room 50 with a more fresh coat of paint, I think this kinda proves to me how even the slightest changes can suddenly make you so extremely terrified. The first time I got to this point, my friend had already died during the final ten rooms and I already so shaken up from my experiences. Then I get to this point where I see the gate before me and knew what was coming but was still frightening. Everything was so new, the stumbling and almost animalistic Figure coming down the steps as I quickly had to sprint away and crouch, hearing the music simmer down as he lost me, now completely lost without any light or sense of direction. Figuring out I had to find all ten fuses just about made me shocked because I didn't want to go back down there, forced to hide in the shadows from that thing. This song perfectly encapsulates the finality that other comments before me had already mentioned alongside the sort of panic of constantly being pursed by the creature, always just a couple wrong errors from a brutal death. Overall, this game is still some great stuff! Was thoroughly happy with the new update, even if I haven't got to explore all its secrets quite yet!

@@infamearts he was saying this Undoubtedly the best update of the game, the soundtrack, the animation quality, the new entities, the secret doors and the graphic quality was what improved the game of doors, if it is true that the original ending of doors was to escape from figure and it was epic, but this song added more emotion when we are about to reach the end, looking for all the pieces of the elevator and looking for the key to escape as if it were a puzzle is amazing, also the song makes you know that your end is near, and the fact that the song motivates you to keep going makes it much more awesome at the end, if it is true that with this update it is more difficult to get to the end, but it is worth to keep trying, and I was looking forward to it when it comes out the second part of doors 😃.

This song seems hopeless yet hopeful I guess. Idk how to say it but in the beat you can hear the darkness of figure and the main part that you really hear that’s like Legato (connected) seems hopeful like the guiding light still has hope that you can beat door 100 it’s just so amazing i genuinely love this track because it gives you that one bit of hope to help you get through it
I like the sitting down and resting in the elevator, last time all you did was jump in a closet, solve a puzzle and run to the elevator but now you go through 10 rooms of traps and darkness and have to find fuses in a dang maze *while running from figure,* THEN do a puzzle and run to the elevator. And we get to sit down and relax after that. Such a better ending
I don't know why exactly but the last part of the game gives me massive stranger things vibes I ain't a fun of it but it actually does and that's not bad The music is one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard in a horror game and actually m akes you hella worried and proud when you beat the game
This song has a lot more action than the library one, it makes the game feel much better to play with the great music on. I feel less stressed with this music on while playing DOORS.
Fun fact: figure enraged was actually originally going to be used for the ending music instead of unhinged being re-used in the old room 100 but the ending wasn’t all intense so they scrapped the ost and saved it for the hotel + update and honestly they did the right thing

@@infamearts he was saying this Undoubtedly the best update of the game, the soundtrack, the animation quality, the new entities, the secret doors and the graphic quality was what improved the game of doors, if it is true that the original ending of doors was to escape from figure and it was epic, but this song added more emotion when we are about to reach the end, looking for all the pieces of the elevator and looking for the key to escape as if it were a puzzle is amazing, also the song makes you know that your end is near, and the fact that the song motivates you to keep going makes it much more awesome at the end, if it is true that with this update it is more difficult to get to the end, but it is worth to keep trying, and I was looking forward to it when it comes out the second part of doors 😃.

Idk how to say it but in the beat you can hear the darkness of figure and the main part that you really hear that’s like Legato (connected) seems hopeful like the guiding light still has hope that you can beat door 100 it’s just so amazing i genuinely love this track because it gives you that one bit of hope to help you get through it

I like the sitting down and resting in the elevator, last time all you did was jump in a closet, solve a puzzle and run to the elevator but now you go through 10 rooms of traps and darkness and have to find fuses in a dang maze *while running from figure,* THEN do a puzzle and run to the elevator. And we get to sit down and relax after that. Such a better ending

Fun fact: figure enraged was actually originally going to be used for the ending music instead of unhinged being re-used in the old room 100 but the ending wasn’t all intense so they scrapped the ost and saved it for the hotel + update and honestly they did the right thing
