Thank you for all of your helpful and encouraging videos! This one stung a bit because I have 2 shirts with the Gulf of America on them and now have to take them down. 😢 I worked hard on them too! You are so right to never ASSUME something is okay to use. Always check. Another hard lesson learned but I appreciate the heads up. 🇺🇸🍻
Lmao! Ok - had to add, Paczki, (a giant, jelly or custard filled, Polish donut,) is pronounced 'Poonch-key'. They are for 'Fat Tuesday' before the start of lent. At least, in Michigan they were and probably still are, very popular. Hamtramck had/has a bakery that cranked tons of Paczkis out for this special occasion. Stuffing yer face before you fast. Anyhow, had to add that tidbit of info. Cheers! Go Chefs and Elgses!😅
i always hesitate to upload a trump design, is it fine to upload? or does it have some type of risk like high low..etc or maybe could you provide your approach to it.
I heard from a other creator that with his winning, lots of Trump shirts selling, Amazon seems to be allowing it as it’s a big $ maker 😅 I’ve uploaded some on Merch; no sales yet on them but I was hesitant to post political shirts myself but so far they haven’t been removed.
@@MariMari-vq8hl Same, I've seen a lot of them get uploaded since Trump took over, but it always stresses me out to upload one, so I just avoid it. Still, it feels like I'm missing out. It seems like there isn't a clear way.
pacski is pronounced Poon Ski. They are type of Jelly filled donut from Poland. It's a popular Fat Tuesday treat in Michigan (and I'm sure much of the midwest and places that have traditional had a large Polish population)
I’m no trademark lawyer, but I think if there is an actual geographic location called Gulf of America, then that trademark is about to be invalidated. Like you can’t trademark “United States of America“ for example.
I wouldn't rely on the tools, if something is trademarked LIVE+REGISTERED in a class that includes your product I would stay away, especially on Amazon Merch
@RyanHoguePassiveIncome No, I made sure I stayed away from Eagles, Philadelpia, football and nfl, not even barbecue. I didn't use a graphic/illustration. I used their bluish green branding color.

Each niche, including all trump subniches, are unique. I think 99% of them are OK, only some are censored by Amazon like "Trump won" after 2020, etc.

Thank you! 🙂
Your videos are
Extremely helpful and valuable. Thank you for all that you share with us.
Thank you, Ryan!! And DOH!! Commanders didn't pull it through! I hope you have a great week!

Interesting point, lets see what happens! Fun fact, I almost worked at the USPTO (as a web developer) prior to leaving my 9-to-5 😅
The Gulf of America trademark covers T-shirts and caps! Can I sell Sweatshirts on Etsy?
The pastries are pronounced Poon-shkies, polish fried donuts filled with love
Yum! Thank you
Thanks Ryan but what do you use to know if the phrase or word a trademark or copyright I used TMhunt and it show me it's not a trademark

@@RyanHoguePassiveIncome Okay Thanks my bro
They are gonna blow up...E-A-G-L-E-S are in there!! 🦅🏆💚
How’d you do with Trumos meme crypto?? I immediately thought of you 😂
Haha I bought around $40, only a small amount, I am holding hundreds of cryptocurrencies, waiting for the bubble to reinflate 😂
Does a design with Trump’s signature have a problem or not?
My couple of designs with his signatures have been allowed on Amazon Merch
Well the Eagles won, so ya better get on it! ;)
gulf of america is trademarked i got a reject on my acc because of it
TMHunt shows its trademarked for hats and t-shirts only. Does that mean it’s ok to sell sweatshirts and bags with Gulf of America?
025 usually includes sweatshirts, even if not exactly specified in the TM record, best to stay away in my opinion
First comment 🎉❤
Paczki are Polish donuts. Lol
But like 100X better than donuts!
Tried to upload "Let's go ELGSES" and got rejected due to "Content incorporating intellectual property"
Did you include the word "Eagles"
