I took an Advanced Crystal course that was all about the Ancient Crystal Skulls that have been showing up... fascinating, amazing and certainly opened my mind to the memory abilities of Crystals. I now own a clear quartz skull with rainbows in his head🌈 named Nigel. 😍💗

I appreciate that you talk about imposter syndrome and our cultures because I have that as well when it comes to connecting to a lot of ancient traditions. I believe though that we are all one race and that I most likely have lived past lives in various traditions and that our ancestors don't put up the rules humans sometimes do when it comes to who is "worthy" enough to do certain spiritual practices.
I am an indigenous person as well, not from America though. I feel the same as you. I feel we should protect our traditions and practices but I think these should be shared so that we can all benefit spiritually. I use sal incense resin for my practice but it isn't easily available here in Canada so I sometimes use white sage. I use other herbs as well but sometimes I hope I am not being respectful to other native cultures... Either way I think god has provided us with all these sacred plants and stones in nature and we should all be free to use them for our soul's growth.

These are such good ideas! And thank you for sharing your story and insights. I have a smallish Chrysotile in Serpentine crystal skull but I've never worked with it before, but it hangs out on my altar with the rest of my crystals and I kind feels like a little protector. I love soap stone! I have a little bear one that also sits on my altar lol because I have a thing with polar bears.
