Nice sleuthing to find the root cause. Thumbs up to anybody who fixes their own marine toilet, I have the jabsco parts kits sitting around for a year now and it looks like I'm being forced into fixing one of my toilets this week due to a jammed impeller. I will also change the joker valves and now will make sure that the elbow was installed properly, wish me luck!
