IF you have never worked in restaurant/hospitality industry this is the hardest part of the job as the head CHEF YOU ARE responsible for so much. To create and cook the way he does for a school/Uni, students is beautiful. Chef needs a permanent segment having the players in the kitchen, that was so fun when they were in there learning a few things 🫶

Colorado football is just different. We know all the players names and positions., the Coaching staff. The team Chef. What other College Football program, gives fans this much information?! I'll wait! All other programs will begin to try and reproduce this template. Everyone gets the spotlight at Colorado. The Prime Effect!
I can truly appreciate all the ladies having their hair pulled up and or covered. So many food establishments have gotten away from the practice of hair being covered or tied, to prevent it from being in someone's food.

All season the meals that they served the team looked fantastic. I actually got hungry watching the players go through the serving line every week.
