Those Burers are a bummer. I'm assuming you never played the original Stalker series. When they have their shield up, the blue glowing shield around them, you can't hurt them. Get out of their line of sight so they don't steal you gun. Put a few rounds in them when their shield is down then step out of their line of sight. If they knock your gun out of your hand, if your fast you can look on the ground and quickly pick it up again. Otherwise it will be used against you. Once it's dead you can pick up your weapons again if you didn't pick them up fast enough.
