I'm pretty sure most millenials in Malaysia know how to cook. At least basics like omelets, fried rice, basic soups. You're thinking high end rich kids who have maids where ever they go. XD

Um well I don’t have maids nor we are high end. I still don’t know how to cook fried rice and basic soups although I have many times asked for the recipe. I just don’t cook 😆
ikr.. it like a basic thing kot.. it kinda weird when some of em already over 20yo but still dont know how to cook.. i was like.. eh??
Knowing how to cook is one thing, but some of them usually buy ingredients already prepared. Ikan already siang, chicken already cut-up, pineapple in a can etc... It's good to know how to prepare the ingredients as well as cooking them because freshness and hygienic preparation are essentials to good home-cooking :)

I dulu pun, tanak nasi atas dapur api guys, goreng ikan, tumis sawi, tumbok sambal belacan untuk adik beradik makan. Guess what age?

I'm 20 years old dan aq mula masuk dapur tlg mak aq sjak umur 10 thn. Mngkin sbb kcik2 dlu aq nk jd chef, sbbtu mak aq sllu ajr aq msak dan hasilnye, aq dah bole masak nasi tanpa bantuan org.
