I like how shadow was right when he said that Sonic’s adventuring days were coming to an end, he was right, there was never a Sonic adventure after Sonic’s 2nd adventure.
I mean, there’s plenty of subsequent games that follow the Adventure formula like Heroes, 06 and even the Advance games. They are basically SA3 in all but name. Not to mention, the Adventure games take place in the same continuity as the rest of the games Thus, Sonic Adventure 3 is honestly just a name at this point, not a big deal if it doesn’t exist.
Your videos are really awesome! Excellent recreations! I realized in Sonic X not all Sonic Adventure from 1 and 2 Scenes share cutscenes like Amy telling Tails he would go look for Sonic on the island while both of them standing on ground after the Eggman battle doesn’t happen in Sonic X.
I'm getting flashbacks to when my sister and I would play this game on our Gamecube. The versus mode abilities and screens, the voice lines, and the sprites all make me incredibly happy. Great job over all.

I love how Sonic and Shadow stopped fighting for a moment just to deal with the GUN robots. Not only do I find it mildly amusing, but its a good showcase of their characters.

I had always seen it as the game simply respawning Sonic into the fight. This video has recontextualised a top moment from a game I love very deeply, and made it even grander! I can't thank you enough!

He only really has used CC in dire situations, but was implied that he used it often during his final duel with Shadow in SA2, which this is showcasing. When doing the duel as Shadow, whenever you get too far away from Sonic, he uses CC to bridge the gap(basically the game's way of respawning him in the fight). Since it was a boss fight and not cinematic, the fight itself was kind of meh, but this video showcases what the actual duel might have looked like lore wise, which is really cool.

This was such a delight to watch especially for a long time fan such as myself. I really felt the love being the effort you put in. Fantastic use of the voice lines you had access to. I really loved Sonic saving Shadow while responding to his confusion “Do you know who I am?” 10/10 moment. We all know Shadow is fated to lose here but I like how you managed to showcase that Sonic won due to experience & grit. So much to love about all of this so I’ll just simply say Thank you & I look forward to your next work.

This animation isn't as cool as i thought it was or should but it really is nice that someone made an extended version of this fight can't wait for a very clean version
i loved this animation, but my biggest criticism is how lifeless the pre-fight build-up is. a whole conversation without any expressions or character, just blank faces while the characters talk. i think that part could have been way better.
i still how sonic says after shadow dies and says goodbye by saying *sayanaro shadow..... the heghog* make me want to cry alomost so yea and I"m a guy whos loves adventure> I"m Sonic the heghog
