Karele-7
Onion sliced-3-4
Raw mango-1/4
Oil-4-5 tbspn
Heeng-1-8th tap
Grated Onion-2
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Kashmiri Red Chilly powder-11/2 tsp
Coriander powder-11/2 tsp
Haldi-1/4th tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Amchur-1/2 tsp
Achaar masala-2-3 tsp or as needed
Garlic powder-1 tsp
saunf powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp

Sonia what do you think of the pre-fried onions that you can get from the shops nowadays? I know they’re not ideal but for those days where there is very little time? Any recipes or ideas?
I usually prefer those only in few recipes where pre fried onions are needed to be blended with yoghurt/ cream/ cashews like in korma and rich curries .. otherwise I always go for the fresh ones …
