Don't think saylor has a "liquidation price" Not like he's leveraged long on a perps exchange. AFAIK HIs debt is structured where he either pays back known USD amounts by certain dates (most are years out) or the debt holders receive shares of MSTR. In the meantime, he pays a interest on the loans, most are laughably low, some are actually 0%.... I'm sure there are plenty of ways Saylor can get screwed but "liquidation" is not one of them (from what little I know)
@@dipankar06 i listened to , bitcoin University youtube , explination on convertable bonds, how Saylors have them structured , to me doesnt seem risky. Fairly complex subject but understandable
@NorthernNon whats a strong possability is , btc dumps, stock sales off under cost of btc.. Saylor can no longer get 0 interest.. hard to raise capital Mstr becomes a attractive buy, Process repeats. But were not there yet
@Sssanbo ua-cam.com/video/_FyeXjqpBhw/v-deo.htmlsi=oIkfIfa0U4XDoCb7 Thats bitcoin universty , explination of mstr, convertable bonds. How it works Beyound my pay grade. No - theres no great risk as has been expressed.
great podcast as usual. please keep doing more of these and if you guys recommend other channels to follow with similar content as yours, please let me know. tired of these other influencer/KOL channels

Saylor 100% doesn't have a liquidation price. His loans aren't collaterised by BTC, so the PA doesn't matter. Saylor has to be studied more
