For some reason YT recommended this channel to me. I can understand it getting my first VCR in the 1980's which I had to get up to change channels or fast forward play or rewind a tape. Either that or have it next to my armchair and have a long lead connecting it to my TV. Then less than a decade later having one with a remote control that could even allow me to set up a timer to record programmes from the TV while I was away.

I wonder what they used as a transmission media? Ultra sonic? I don't remember that model. I was just a young kid then anyway. LOL. I doubt that set earned the Energy Star Award! LOL.

My 65 inch lcd doesn't have a remote amplifier button. So i guess that vacuum tube is always powered on.

Nice way to hide your remote control inside the cabinet. All my remote controls in my house basically hide their self and i never know where the F** this remotes are.

200+ channels would probably cause it (and owner) to smoke and shake uncontrollably.
