This inland-highland area of Mexico in the state of Guanajuato is amazing. Most buildings are well maintained and the weather is excellent. The prices are also very excellent and a lot is available - we loved the fruit juice "vitiminas" and plenty of restaurants, too. We stayed for days in Guanajuato and kept adding on more time until there was finally no vacancies for us to extend in one hotel, but I loved how they parked my big SUV given that parking isn't available in Centro - it can be a nightmare to park your car when the town is busy with tourists. I remember some maintenance we did on the car was very affordable and well done - we replaced a water pump and two windows needed repair from coming off their tracks. Service was economical and quick, too.

@@tralbert I remember one day we were by the University in Guanajuato and walking behind those steps along the side of that building we found a gateway and they appeared to be closing access to a church behind there. I talked with those leaving an one gentleman told us this was one of the first churches in Guanajuato and it's most historic church - he took us in for a quick tour and it was just amazing. And visiting Guadalajara I stayed at a hotel over 400 years old and it was across from the Governor's Office - I saw that they gave tours of that building and it had amazing exhibits of the history of Guadalajara, too. So, often, being in Mexico is like going back in time to a better place in time.

Ayer domingo 29 de mayo de este 2022 Me tocó conocer San Miguel De Allende, donde al llegar estaba un desfile que duró 2 horas y estuvo de lo más increíble, fue muy emocionante el estar en ese lugar, al ser domingo las calles están fuper llenas, para poder entrar algún lado, era de hacer fila por 30 minutos o más Si van entre semana, sus calles estarán vacías como lo muestra este video, pero en un fin de semana todo está lleno,.. Por sierto, todo o casi todo muy caro 💸💸$$

Conozco gente que vive ahí y estan felices xq sus ventas subieron, tienen mucho trabajo en todas los ramos y su trabajo esta bien pagado, como todo tiene sus pro y contras
@@MarielaP05 Para nada , pagan súper mal y la mayoría de los empresarios son de CDMX o estados del norte como Nuevo León, otro gran problema es el escandaloso descaro con el que trabajan y hacen negocio ( sobre todo Real State) de Estadounidenses que viven ahí con visa de turistas , sacando del país todo el dinero que ganan revendiendo propiedades , haciendo cirugía plástica, vendiendo arte , rentando casas sin pagar impuestos e incluso en organizaciones de festivales culturales con dinero del Estado de Guanajuato, claro q hay espata decentes también.
