Thank you! Upgraded from Chaos Calmer 15.05 to current 19.07... With some issue trying the provided commands https, ssl did not work. I am not savvy enough with linux commands so i changed them to http and it worked.
Hi, the best router is always one that meets your current requirements with room for future upgradability, usually by the way of a large flash ROM, decent amount of RAM and checking if the device is well supported by openwrt. check out here for favourite enthusiast devices; forum.openwrt.org/t/whats-your-favorite-enthusiast-lede-openwrt-device/4477 and here for cheaper devices; forum.openwrt.org/t/whats-your-favourite-cheap-lede-openwrt-device/1362 I would be looking for ARM based devices over MIPS but unfortunately cant give you anything specific as personally I'm rocking a Linksys E3200 from 2013 as it still suits my needs fine.
