    To answer your youtube question: No, I had not seen your video on snapping hip, but I have now! Thank you very much. I really can't make out under what category I fall, but the whole thing resonates with me, especially the stretching where you pull your leg towards your butt and circle the knee with your hands.     Thanks for making this video! I began training for a triathlon and through biking on an indoor trainer, have felt pain at various points on the front of my knee. I've also had connected external hip and groin soreness as well. I've used this foam rolling technique and it seems to be helping with both the hip and knee! Do you have any other recommendations / insights about making the hip/knee feeling strong and fully healed? Thanks!

    does external snapping get cured ?? what happens if snapping is there since a few months does it get cured with exercises you mentioned? tjanks
