Considering the back section, indicator lights, back seat I assume this is not a 2023 model. That's why this sort of link pipe won't fit to the 2022-2023 versions for sure. Just take a look at that end of the mid pipe which is towards the slip on. In case of the newer models it's the end where the pipe from the mufflers/slip ons gets into and has got bigger diameter and clamp on it. In this case the mid pipe link goes into the slip on's end.
@@Solo_Travelling The size of the bread box, the connection and even the diameter of the cat. converter is also different. The link pipe won't fit to the 2021-2023 models here in EU.
Hi, I have the same Arrow exhaust slip-on (Model No. 71912PRI) ... I want to ask how did you connect the arrow exhaust to the link pipe? Because the arrow exhaust is 60mm diameter while the Link pipe is 51mm? Did you have to cut slots into the arrow exhaust pipe connection?
For that you’ll need a adaptor. If your bike is z900 2023 then this works for you: www.ebay.com/itm/385507527133?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=kYKKEvdtTXy&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=viinlp7ftju&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Keep in mind, the process to fit this to your slip on is a hard process and might need professional help getting it to fit, but I assure you this is the right adaptor
@@awong2912you have that adaptor in the original exhaust.. at least in mine is but is 2024 model.. with smaller breadbox.. so the midpipe won't fit the My2024 model..😢
you can't do this on MY 2024 Z900...I wanted to do today .. IS DIFFERENT, breadbox is smaller .. and that midpipe from Aliexpress/Ebay I don't think it will fit...
Nice video! can you tell me about the diameter of the pipe in where you cut? i bought an aliexpress cat delete, but it was 740mm diameter and my 2022 z900 had the pipe of 800mm so i have to pay a guy that make some joint and weld. Now i have an 2023 z900, i measure the pipe and its 800mm so im confused... Seems that fits for all people except me :(

It is 2023 but ordered the slip-on from Europe. They have different configurations even for the same year models. One adaptor will fix it.

Are you getting any backfiring/pops?
A lot of popping on the downshift. No Backfires because the honeycomb cat is still in the stock headers.
Can you tell me what size blade did you use on the sawzall? Thanks..

Did you drill the cat? my cat is still there works fine for me
