    Hey guys, I fixed the broken blog post link (oops) but some people are still seeing the old link. Wait a few minutes and refresh and hopefully you'll see the updated link! That or just go to sudomod.com and look at the most recent post. :)

      Hi. My brother got hir by a car recently. He has been in the hospital for a month. He is lucky he is alive. For 2 weeks he was in an enduced coma, 1 week lying in a hospital bed, and 1 week in rehabilitation for his severe brain damage. Ive been alone at home for a while with not much to do. Id like a minty pi because it will give me something fun to look forward to and something to have fun in atm. The reason I'm home alone is because my parents are with my brother at the hospital. So please read this over and let me know what you think. Thank you and have a nice day.

    can you plz sell the whole mintypi in you website please

    • @greyjohnson4124
      @greyjohnson4124 7 років тому +14

      kenny garcia he most likely won't sell it pre assembled because of the time it takes to assemble it it's not to hard to do something like this just get a soldering kit and some test projects

    • @juando494
      @juando494 7 років тому +4

      kenny garcia you might find someone willing to put one together for you at a forum but it will likely cost a lot for labor.

      Getting pi0 in quantity is really difficult. I doubt he'd be able to do it.

    • @IcoKirov
      @IcoKirov 7 років тому +5

      yep, putting it on sell, would mean one of two things
      1) he has like a 1000 already made up, which is not possible, as they are hand made.
      2) they will always be out of stock, because he wont be able to keep up with the production.

    I am so glad those parts are available. These are probably the coolest retropie project I have seen so far. I've made a full size arcade and a game console so far. This is the next project. 1 for each family member. Thank you for all the work and specialty parts you made. I am surprised you aren't just selling pre built set-ups, but am glad you have them for us to build.

    I think it would be great for Wemy to be able to sell these things, but most people in the comments don't realize how hard it is to make just one of these, and to sell them, just making one would take at least 30 mins to 2 hours, and it's very tiring, so please stop asking Wermy if he can make his own, cuz it's very tedious to make these things, and it sucks all the fun out of making a homemade gaming system.

    I'm wondering about the giveaway entry widget on your blog. I signed up using my email address, and then entered my various social media names to gain the 4 entries, but I've noticed that your channel wasn't added to my UA-cam subscriptions, FB feed, Twitter, or Instagram. So, I'm not entirely sure how the widget is keeping track of that - or is the idea that we should just add your channel manually to the different platforms?

    I would love to have a MintyPi, I'm always looking for a convenient way of being able to play classic games on the go, but I always have to resort to emulating the games on my phone (Which is terrible since touch controls never feel good for me.) and being able to use physical buttons for once would be nice. I also would find it funny to maybe ask one of my friends if they wanted a Altoide and then blow thier minds by showing it's a portable console in disguise.

      just emulate on your phone but get a Bluetooth controller such as the ones from 8bitdo which are high quality. if you're doing this just to play on the go and for the novelty of having a game console in an Altoids tin then I think this project is not for you

    i'm willing to make one for myself, but the shipping of all the different parts will probably kill me (i haven't check if there is shipping actually)
    it would be extremely helpful if all the specific parts (i mean things like pcb's, not sd card) are packed in one, and all you would need is to assemble it.
