Ladies beware‼‼I ordered because of this video. I ordered on Feb22nd. this site says it takes 7-10 business days to PROCESS not ship. SO The label was created on March 6th and I got a tracking# ( that's all fine and good) but it has been waiting for carrier pick up every since then with no updates ( She basically printed the label but hasn't actually given USPS my package) . I emailed her customer support and I'm still waiting for a response. At this point I kind of just want my money back because I don't know how long it'll be before the package even ships. I don't mind being patient for 7-10 days even 14 for processing and shipping... but I do mind a business taking every bit of a month to even ship me the $40 product I ordered. If i don't get a response by Monday Im disputing the charge with my bank. 2/10 would not recommend.

Honestly I had high hopes for these products the packaging was cute but it took forever to come even when I reached out numerous times no one contacted me so I had to do my install without the products I ordered in a timely manner and when it finally arrived the Carmel mousse tint I ordered in the lightest shade was actually expresso with Carmel sticker on it which is the darkest color that didn't match my skin and I checked my order to make sure I didn't make the mistake and I didn't I just wish the communication was better and the correct color product was sent.

Yes I agree ! As long as ppl know they won’t get a hold like Ebin products then this would be a great option for the sensitive skin ppl.

How long did it take for you to receive her product when you payed for it with your own money?
So I ordered on January 22nd and got my product February 16th . The second time I order December 5th and got it December 27th
