Thank you so much for this video. Ever since I've started using green Yoshi, my life has changed for the better. I won the lottery, bought a house, got a wife, started a company, and am currently working on running for President in 2028.
Galaxy had ORANGE, purple and pink. And its a crime they didnt at least have a 4th row for the MK characters with several color options. Wanted the purple🟣, teal ( green+blue mix ) and magenta ( purple+pink mix yoshi/ shy guy/ birdo as well. And yellow and green splatoon girl+boy. And what about our Koopa Troopa?? Several shell color options there too. But I guess it would be " confusing " for some people, differentiating weapon based shells with the shelly character on wheels *sigh* situational awarness outta the road
@@odinulveson9101 yeah there was a lot of missed opportunity for alternate colors/costumes to be ported from Tour with the DLC. It’s a shame but I think the roster we have is stacked as is anyways. But more options is always better

I feel like ranking placement by average is a bit harsh. Single placement differences near the top of the board are much more important than near the bottom, noone cares if you got 10th or 9th but 2nd or 3rd is very important. So something like the grand prix point system might have been better for this metric, or maybe something original like 0 points for 12th, 1 for 11th (1 more than 12th), 3 for 10th (2 more than 11th) and so on, each place adding one point more than the one below added, up to 66 for 1st.

@@Sparkling34 yes it is definitely a hard balance to try to figure out. I do have one idea to make the next comparison video different with the actual races, but it’s already too late for this video. But my goal is to make them better and better so hopefully I can do that!
I have plans for Birdo, Shy Guy, Koopalings, and other characters like Link and the Splatoon kids. I hope to make them better than the last. And long live Red Yoshi!

Purple yoshi for me as well 😌This is the franchises reverse color spitfulness. In Mortal Kombat we have every main ninja color: red, yellow, blue, green,purple....brown which was meant to be ORANGE. In case of Yoshis its opposite. They didnt do orange becasue they couldnt strangely enough due to how thye used the color... brown wasnt the intended color but went with it. But that dosent mean we shouldnt get brown, teal, magenta, grey and yes purple along with the yoshi colors in say next Mario Kart game.

I’ve seen much worse UA-camrs with hundreds of thousands of subscribers, you only have 196. Multiply that by 100 and that’s what you deserve. I seriously enjoyed this, great job. As a fellow small UA-camr it’s crazy to see how much work you put into UA-cam without getting a ton of attention. @@Gnawy Not too much 😅. I think around 6000ish. Until very recently I avoided playing online at all and only played time trials and against bots. But now that I have online I wanted to boost my VR up and make videos at the same time so I figured playing online games would be perfect!
@@IzakNylen-55 I recorded all of the races and had a spreadsheet open on another page where I took notes of all the data as I rewatched it. It was as tedious as it sounds but I thought the idea was fun so I had a good time!
@@sumcarson quite a while 😅 I work full time and I only get a few hours a day to record, collect the information, and edit so it took probably 3-4 weeks total of on and off days
