Chambers tp is more of just a anchored jett dash tbh, and yoru to has infinite range
Chamber actually have a worse end lag than Yoru with better start up, this should answer your question.

yoru need buffed though. he cant reclaim his util during buy phaze, you cant change what wepon you are going to leave your ult with after you start ult, you have to finish the tp animation, and then pull out your weapon on a tp(but chamber and omen get to jsut have thier weapons out already? ) the delayed close is alright, but i wish you could just have it stand.
U can choose what gun u come out with just press the key bind for primary or secondary right before u come out

Once u hear them coming up on the metal, flash the very bottom of pillar to the point where it bounces towards you, peek as u throw it and enemies will be looking the other way and you won't get flashed. Easy kill and tp out😉😉😍
