Hi sir..we r having IFB microwave oven model 20SC2 ..the buttons are not working because of cockroach... We called dealer.. He checked and telling that have to replace the touch screen or board and it will costs around 2000 or more...what should we do
Even we are having lg oven.The issue is none of the ffunction keys are working.We dont use frequently.Suddenly a day we tried turning it on.The display is working and inside bulb is working.but none of the bittons are working all of the sudden.What will be the problem?

High voltage winding between 1800 - 2800 volts (average ~2200 volts). The low voltage output is used to light the filament in the microwave-generating vacuum tube (called a magnetron).
The oven on heat is also ok but the light and motor not working, but all switch function ok .... just some sound coming then open and check the power fuse was gone I replace the fuse then this issue coming to give some guidance to solve this issue. power on then function on then only high voltage primary supply 220v coming and working microwave that's all

Yes, mam cockroach issues in all ovens, first we oven the touch unit to show what's the condition of issue and then decide it
